First of all, I understand "National Security" issues need some secrecy. Why does any domestic issue or amendment to bills, or even the wording of the bills need to be secret? Do they have the guts to stand before us and ask us to TRUST them? I also understand taxing issues can get complicated, (like ensuring stabilization of food prices), but the only reason for "back rooms" is to make secret deals that fly in the face of "All Men are Created Equal". Equal Justice for All must include the many that don't have connections or money to buy influence.

I agree Mr. Obvious. They do care about themselves and we need a revolution to alter the political process. The George Carlin "speech", is an example of the knowledge needed to move enough people to join the altering. Revolution can take place simply by using the only power we have, Democracy. Vote Together against the establishment power. We can't count on the corporate media, social media has a chance.

Agreed, but can't we begin to get more specific? The currency wars aren't significant enough yet to prevent the USA from leading the world revolution. Deciding to Vote Together before we interview candidates could give Democracy a final chance. We only decide to Vote Together to alter the current corrupt political process, as envisioned in the Declaration of Independence. Individual issues should not divide us until we follow the first suggestion in the Constitution...establish justice.
I think Hillary is going to win.Especially if the TTP doesn't go through.Unless the Feds are planning a Gun Grab.Then Jeb will have to go in,because the Right Wingers think a Republican wouldn't grab their guns.
It appears now Hillary will win. America is not ready for a Bush the 3rd. Guns are not as important than money and the Fed isn't interested in guns. They are interested in currency wars and the dollar remaining the world's currency, although they are probably hedging. Appeasing the Chinese and Russians will require more and more money, especially allowing others to get in on the action. The only good scenario is they are fat and happy and satisfied with the status quo. Will greed cause war or will gradual confiscation of pensions, etc be enough.
The Elites who stand to gain from all of the wealth concentration and Fascistic Crackdowns don't care about the guns-you are right about that.The .01% can't accomplish what it wants to do without lackeys to do their bidding-soldiers and police who will have to get right into the middle of the mess.And they are the ones who are worried about guns.

The concentration of wealth is going to have severe ramifications going forward.So severe,in fact,that violence will have to be employed to maintain and continue the process.A process that amounts to a New Feudalism and a Servant Economy.We will scarcely enjoy the benefits of The Bill of Rights in such a situation.A study of history reveals that extreme concentration of wealth is often followed by genocide.Meanwhile,the economy has become completely dysfunctional in every way.I believe we are headed for another massive crisis.All of these things hardly bear thinking about.Nevertheless,Opportunity will soon be knocking,ready or not.

All it requires - is - enough expressed vitriol for the system in general - and many will believe you mean it - while one need not provide any supporting substance.

But you never - NEVER - promote action that the public should unite in taking. And - NO - advocating for protesting is not enough.

We sing our own politi-speak - saying much while saying nothing at all - tossing aspersions and providing no plans - we're the next best thing to the rethuglicans in office - listen to us sing and pay no attention to the fact that we forward nothing that would be supportive of the people - and so we serve the status quo.
You could march against monsanto in a couple weeks.
Or you could help the people that make favorable legislation for them.
