This content is user submitted and not an official statement

Please try to make sense of the following statements. The Police are public servants i.e. they exist to serve the public. The armed gangs masquerading as Police are breaking the law and should be reported to the relevant authorities i.e. the Police. ( I know that sounds stupid, but stay with me)

Has anyone brought a class action against the Police Department for failing to protect the public from these armed gangs? You must highlight the fact that the Police are refusing to arrest criminal gangs who are openly attacking the public. You must never refer to these Police thugs as "Police" they are not "Police". They are armed gangs operating on the streets of the U.S.A

You must forget that they are wearing uniforms. The guys we see dressed as cops and launching attacks are not "Police" They are a group of individuals breaking the law. If they wish to be considered "Police" then they must do their duty and serve the public. Their failure to do so automatically strips them of the position of "Police". Therefore a class action can be brought against the Policecheif for failing in his duty to keep the streets safe for the public.

As a Police Officer I believe that I'm qualified to comment here. Yes you must look past the uniform at the man behind the mask. And yes the suits and ties that are elected make the laws not the police officers. The politicians/money men have crafted and perfected the art of laws. This was started thousands of years ago. The Senators or Parliament make laws that they deem beneficial to the state or deem necessary to protect it. Whether that state is ancient Rome or New York. Now they use military/police to enforce said laws based on their power to do so. Then when the people get angry over the law they attack the messenger (police) and not the writer (powers behind the scene) If the people allow nonsense laws to be passed you must blame society for such laws. I never voted on nor crafted a law. And I would never side with the law if the people deemed said law as anti-society. You dig? So labeling the police as the enemy and pigs and all that isn't the right answer. We the police are the people. If the focus of this movement is to restore power to the people why attack the ones that will be the left arm of the movement. Quote #1 It is a policeman’s duty to protect men from criminals -- criminals being those who seize wealth by force. It is a policeman’s duty to retrieve stolen property and return it to its owners. But when robbery becomes the purpose of the law, and the policeman’s duty becomes, not the protection, but the plunder of property -- then it is an outlaw who has to become a policeman. Quote #2 When you see that trading is done, not by consent, but by compulsion -- when you see that in order to produce, you need to obtain permission from men who produce nothing -- when you see money flowing to those who deal, not in goods, but in favors -- when you see that men get richer by graft and pull than by work, and your laws don’t protect you against them, but protect them against you -- when you see corruption being rewarded and honesty becoming a self-sacrifice -- you may know that your society is doomed.

The problem is, the police aren't the "gangs" it's the people giving their orders.

Do report abuses to the FBI and your State police. I went to the FBI over criminal Police activity and the New York State police and FBI came to my side. The police looking to violate my rights are now prisioners. Amen! Turn over all evidence of Police brutality to the FBI and to your State Police. You may be pleasantly surprised....

I heartily concur. The police OFTEN behave like "armed gangs operating on the streets of the U.S.A." They are supposed to "keep the peace", but often initiate violence! Racism is rampant in their ranks and probably quite a number are antisemitic and even white supremacist neonazis. WHAT do they teach them in police academies???

WE THE PEOPLE must take back the power that is OURS according to the Constitution and that DEFINITELY includes stricter control of police behavior AND class-action lawsuits to bring them into line. Right now, they often behave like criminals, like common thugs. The Police are PUBLIC SERVANTS, NOT instruments of the 1% who oppress us.
