we do need more scalias

I'm not sure about that:

In a wide-ranging interview, Scalia also stuck by his criticism of Chief Justice John Roberts and the majority opinion in the ruling that upheld the Affordable Care Act this summer. "You don't interpret a penalty to be a pig. It can't be a pig," said Scalia, of the court's decision to call the penalty for not obtaining health insurance a tax. "There is no way to regard this penalty as a tax."

I didn't read the whole thing, I just don't trust conservatives one bit at this point - although I admit his reaching back into history to find the context and application of the Second Amendment does serve to his credit.

For his reasoning, he usually "reaches back"
underneath himself when he's sitting on the toilet.

Health care should be handled by public institutions and government research

not insurance companies

composition does not motivate researchers, cooperation does

There's a whole host of "bad guys" to be defeated.

One at a time, or all at once, but you have to start somewhere........

addressing issues

Unfortunately, politics and politicians are among those issues.

it's the republic

we have to vote for representatives

we can't vote on issues

at least not federally

That's one of the reasons I've been trying to get folks to push at local and State issues...........they will percolate to the top.

Almost every time I do someone says........LOOK over there.....Obama!
