Apparently Occupy protesters in San Diego were charged with felony conspiracy for mic-checking their mayor.

It's official. This nation has lost its mind.
Questions for the lawyers among us:
If condition #1 was used as the basis for the felony conspiracy charge, what was the underlying crime?
If condition #5 was used, would not the jury have to conclude that the action of mic-checking was injurious to the public health? Wouldn't that be a stretch?
Ya, meanwhile Bradley Manning is heading for a court martial on 22 charges, while the U.S. soldiers who peed on dead bodies for fun in Afghanistan are "being identified"

It's sad how war can twist the minds of soldiers to the point that they pee on dead bodies.
It's okay. The Mayor will be charged with conspiracy to ruin a country shortly, so karma will prevail. LOL

Maybe you should see the full video before you rush to judgement. The small handful of Occupy San Diego attemped to mic check and its clear the audience had no desire to hear them. It was clearly a media stunt to get arrested. Sadly the media doesnt care because thry saw this for what it is a plea for attention. Just wanted to share
