In the light of the winter coming in, occupiers will need a source of food that will enable them to stave off the cold.

Well here is a food that should help you. Quebec's poutine!! It is a dish of French fries and fresh cheese curds, covered with brown gravy or sauce.

The food is high in calories, which will be burned off as your bodies combat the cold. It's also tasty and with the warm gravy will make cold days that much more bearable.

Here's how to prepare it.

1) Get some French fries and put it in a cup or small bowl.

2) Put some cheese curds in (Cheddar works best!!)

3) Top it off with hot gravy. The gravy will melt the cheese curds and keep the fries warm.

Voila!! Cheap easily made fodder for the occupation. You don't need to eat much of it to keep you going.
