I personally dont think so, but if they do, will Russia be prepared to declare war? While I think they would love to, I dont think they are in a position to win by a long shot.
However, stranger things have happened.
Putin has laid his cards on the table vis-a-vis the Monsamo indemnity BS.
I really hope that the Ruskies are growing some cojones.
If Americans (in general) don't give a phlying phukk about the future of our world, then it's up to someone else to call the shots.
