Less than a month after the Marines show up, we get this:

Looks like the US is creating chaos as usual. What a great gov we have.

Is there anywhere the Powers that Be wont put our kids in harms way?

Nope. Just wait till they bring the draft back.

It seems like wherever the are drugs or oil, we are there.

They might be thinking "Arizona" of "Langley Park" or Southern California... or any of these other various locales that are now wholly in possession - "possession is 9/10s of the law" - of Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador , etc. - they are tanking government and cartel crime is beyond anything fathomable.

There is a reason they are passing all these laws for military operations in our homeland, its coming.

I dont think Obama will get to the end of his second term before we see that SHTF moment...

Ehh... as some might suspect, I am somewhat conservative on issues of human degradation and heinous crime... beheadings, dismemberment, the stoning of government officials, etc., really disgust me. If it were up to me we would have been doing flybys on the palaces of these cartel owners decades ago. This crime, including that directed at our government officials, will, absolutely, explode overnight in the US in the very near future. And one must assume the only reason we have not attempted to address our concerns is wholly related to corrupt Federal governance on multiple levels.

Yea, actually I did notice that. You know, it's one thing to be sympathetic to the plight of human beings, it's another to allow those beings to take territorial possession and commit violent and heinous acts directed at your own people. Tolerance as some point must yield to self defense, or we risk, as the PA Quakers did, our own genocide.

I think the death toll in 2010 alone was some 13,000 or more than twice our losses since 9/11 in the Middle East. Decapitation, dismemberment, even government officials stoned to death - some of this violence has even been posted to Youtube.

For a long time I supported legalization of all drugs, until I realized one day that our greedy politicians in light of the ever growing need of revenue would likely justify a prohibition by tax and recreate the black market all over again, so... but the lack of concern by government... geez.

You wouldnt if you were knee deep in cocaine for your intelligence operations.

The whole thing is an entangled mess.

Yea and it's not just that - it's corrupt foreign policy as relates to the profit of our corporations, too.

And if this is such a problem, then why did we just sign a free trade agreement with Columbia last year?

I see multiple profit opportunities here, for the top 1% that is: war on drugs, money laundering, military contracts, selling weapons to gangs, outsourcing of jobs, bringing down wages in the US.

You mean it's not because "we care"? :)
