Why is the United States building missile bases near Russia?
And why did they send soldiers to train in Australia?

Well it's obvious as to why. The real question is...who is going to do something about it?

I suspect its undergoing resource desperation. Like a star transforming into a red giant its expanding outwards but its actually aging and slowing heading towards its death. It needs money and it needs resources... and soon.

All Empires, due to the very nature of their centrally-planned economy and over-expansion, must (and will) collapse inward on themselves. All one needs to do is look at the Empires of days gone by to see this. There is nothing special about the U.S. that makes it immune to this collapsing.
The US is not building missile bases near Russia. It's had them there for quite some time, they're already built. It's actually sort of bizarre the Russians have only now started to object to it.
All makes perfect sense-nothing bizarre when you understand that political theater for mass consumption still plays on our belief that fictional national and geopolitical boundaries exist at the level of say Putin v Obama. They play for the same team -the global elite OWO (old world order).
