How many people showed up to events this week ? case closed. IF you care about creating real change,instead of just playing new age house in the park,you would be seeking advice of people w/ experiance,and building coalitions.OWS-NY is not the whole movement.You have done a brillant job of creating the spark for change,but no kindling is NOT enough. We need to build bonfires.Could you ever organize a MASS movement ? 200 peole here, a tousand ther,a few dozen over there WON"T nmake change.Using your spark to build on can work-if your open to creating a MOVEMENT.YOu can do it,but the movement won't be by concensus,and OWS will be just part of it.

we have to create a detailed political platform. not demands. detailed position papers. most of the 98 percent won't join, because they view ows as a means to the end of their pet issue and GA ain't got time for that.

THE ONLY way to make this happen is to get to the wiki- en mass.

otherwise we will become just the one percent opposed to the other one percent, and 98 percent will learn to be ambivalent about us just like the other one percent.

as long as its a fight between one percent and one percent... we don't have the money to win that.

and anarchism. the core problem. lack of organization. WE have to smack these anarchists silly till they wake up or they will ruin the movement.

to a lesser degree same thing with all the other isms and schisms.

its got to be all of us swimming together towards organization... or its going to run out of steam as it fractures.
