Masters of media they are. What if they are five steps ahead of us as usual, and are simply trying to intimidate, themselves knowing they have no ability to monitor everyone productively.

Is this possible? What is more important to them?

Actually collecting all of the useless information?

Or the subconscious fear that comes from assumed spying?

Don't whine. The presents will actually be Gifts - ask the Germans and the Jews who know better from their experiences. Santa Claus is making a list and checking it twice. He is figuring out how to use methane hydrate/clathrate for his transport.

In order to carry out an effective Repression, data is needed. In order to succeed,Repression must proceed in an organized manner. The German Nazis used an early punchcard system decades ago to organize the roundup of communists, socialists.anarchists, jews, homosexuals, trade unionists,Catholics and assorted dissidents.Similar systems were used by the Phoenix program in Vietnam, and by Fascists in Pinochet's Chile.I don't think there is any credible evidence that a massive Repression is actually being planned in the US,but if the 1% decides it is needed in order to protect their wealth and privileges.it will proceed with such Repressions as we have seen elsewhere in the past. They will use all of the information they have to make sure the effects of the Repression last for as long as possible. They know from experience that a well planned, well executed Repression can shut down Dissent for decades.

Your are right.Let me give one more example/analogy. Has a butcher ever accepted the fact that he keeps an eye on his sheep whenever the sheep claimed that the butcher constantly watches them? Answer: never at all, instead the butcher replies the sheep that they are not worth for being looked at adding as to what he shall get by looking at you sheeps! But actually the butcher lies.By the way we can make many such stories about the butcher and sheep which exactly correspond to the relationship/(behavior) between 1% and the common people.

The people actually do seem to know that they are being Farmed.Americans don't like thinking about Unpleasantness,so instead of really thinking about their predicament, they think about-anything and everything else.Sad to say it,but the Elites of America, who are the Farmers-or Butchers are the most callous, cruel, and savage tormenters the world has ever seen, bar NONE.Just now are Americans getting a taste of the Whip. Will they wake up in time for a Farm Animal Revolt?

The 99% have to be vigilant to overthrow the evil 1% when they fight with the other evil 1%.

There is disagreement about whether or not the 1% are Evil by Nature.Economists of the Left always say their Evil Behavior is due to The System, and not any intrinsic Evil that occurs naturally among them.I will say that I have been unfortunate enough to witness some highly Questionable Behavior among the Richest Americans.I have no idea what I would do if I found myself in their Shoes. It would be a Moral Dilemma for sure.

Of course their evilness is due to the system they are a part of.

Absolutely. China's crushing of the '89 Democracy Movement at Tiananmen Square speaks volumes to the eelites but the Tank Man's stance halting the column of so-called liberation army tanks elevates the human spirit to a whole new higher level. Does the Tank Man's spirit still live among humanity yearning to throw off the yoke of Oppression?

I think they are totally baffled by #OWS.That is Somewhat Hilarious because the direction of #OWS is easy to figure out There are only 3 possible alternatives.Still, they don't know what to do.They want SO BAD to discover who "the Leaders" of #OWS are so they can Put 'Em In The Pokey .Ha Ha LOL !

I always have sympathy for the clueless dyslexics stomped by the truth lying in plain sight so I copy here the big hint from the welcome page to help:

Occupy Wall Street is a leaderless resistance movement with people of many colors, genders and political persuasions. The one thing we all have in common is that We Are The 99% that will no longer tolerate the greed and corruption of the 1%. We are using the revolutionary Arab Spring tactic to achieve our ends and encourage the use of nonviolence to maximize the safety of all participants.

The sixth word of the first sentence tells who the leader is. I hope that they have already learnt the ordinal numbers and taken a rudimentary English class.

We surely do live in Interesting Times.LOL

Wall Street creates impenetrable mess of derivatives for worldwide consumption. We can create the leader less mass of revolutionaries for worldwide activation. It is the same securitization and globalization at work. LOL...

What if the sun really rises in the west?

That can actually happen if we got onto the Tokyo Express hyperplane at dusk.
