Lets just say I am trying to grab a radio signal out of the air. Like one for a remote control for say a toy car.
1What equipment do I need 2What programs do I need 3Were can I get this stuff or how do I build it
I have lots of resources so dont think cost is a problem. Just dont tell me I need a tower or something this is serious.

Well then perhaps you could direct me. Some of us have different areas of knowledge then others. I evan said in the headline it was off topic or might seem like it. I need help and you might one day too so help me out.
