Do we let Big CU Money Buy the Election like They did in WI? Or do we get out the Vote and fight back like we did in 2006 and 2008?
With just 4 months to Election 2012 we just need to make sure we don't repeat 2010 (Never EVER Again!)! No more Blanks in Congress (state and fed) and definitely no Blank in the WH! We are still suffering from their last WH Occupancy!!
This is strictly a get every warm body to Vote time. No pouting or sniveling over petty Blank imperfections. We cannot let these crazy Blanks seize control. They've thrown down the gauntlet with their crazy and treasonous Shock Doctrine plans and they can't be allowed back in our government just because their sabotage has worked. They will cheat and steal the election any way they can. So we MUST fight back!

I agree that there needs to be a repudiation of the Koch brothers, Sheldon Adelson, the wacky mormon cult and that whole racist fascistic menagerie. But we need even more a revitalized movement in the streets and campuses. We need 500 Montreals.

Not even the RW Zombies and RepubliCon Propagandists who work night and day advocating this falsity are dumb enough to actually believe it. Their goal is to discourage the turnout (LIKE THEY DID IN 2010).
But there is one more (Both-Parties) option which is only found on our Left side: Prejudice. Purists and Perfectionists (who have no candidates because Perfection does not exist) who refuse to consider the vast and important differences between Cons and Dems because they made their stubborn minds up over one or two flaws. OR over a "Political System" that is in massive disrepair because of a lack of maintenance and an abundance of neglect! Making their desertion of our Political System a self-fulfilling prophecy and a Surrender!
This would all be perfectly fine (Who Needs Narrow-Minded dunderheaded bigots anyway!) except we all have to suffer the consequences of their blind Prejudice (ie. 2010 TeaBag takeover)!!!

You don't get to tell people what to do. As a Congressman, that is my job. In fact, my fellow representatives and I have been been hashing out bill after bill dedicated to making the voting process more difficult of poor and young Americans.
And don't speak negatively about big business if you know what's good for you. If it were not for them, you would never be exposed to such a high caliber of representatives for this great nation.

I'm not really sure what the last post was getting at on who to vote for..
Voting for either the D or R in the two party duopoloy is a mistake.
The real race should be between Gary Johnson the Libertarian and Jill Stein the Green. Gary Johnson is a true conservative, wants to end the wars in the middle east and war on drugs, wants to balance the budget and protect civil liberties and control the Federal Reserve, end bank bailouts. He's also a bit extreme in his libertarianism, and likes privatized prisons and wants to abolish the IRS and Dept. of Education.
Jill Stein wants to balance the budget by taxing the rich, not cutting spending, wants to protect civil liberties, control the Federal Reserve, end bank bailouts, and end the wars. She's a bit extreme in her progressive standpoints, and wants large tax scheme that's fair on the poor and rich, ends subsidies, and uses the federal spending to allocate money to the states and cities, to grow the private and public sector through local democracy initiatives.
And most importantly, both candidates would try to end the two party reign of terror by enacting Instant Run-off Voting or Choice voting or Proportional Representation, or another more fair voting system (read more at fairvote.org)
There is no reason that Occupy Wall Street is not making a priority to end the two party duopoly through the election. Make election reform (ending corporate influence, shorter and cheaper and smarter elections, maintaining voting rights, and enacting IRV, PR etc) the number one priority! Ideally, Libertarians, Greens, and all Independent and rational voters and politicians would want to make an agreement to, at a minimum, enact electoral reform and call for a new election.
But Occupy needs to lead the front on this! Pick a fight and go for it! Leaders at National Gathering now, get talking! What's the plan for the vote? How do you get people organized, on the ground, registered to vote, and voting for REAL CHANGE?

Letting the Blank party/cult back in the WH is the worst mistake we could make. Let's not go down that road again until we recover from the last time they seized control. Meanwhile let's work on instant runoff elections, getting rid of CU, getting rid of America-hating Blanks and recruiting politicians with much stronger progressive abilities!!
