Now People - I know we do not all agree with the stupid - ummmmm - I mean with the law - but do not be trying to mail that wacky weed.

So, there should be a Subsidy to the US Post Office now that it is part of the Intelligence Network and must be compensated for the Coping of all Emails. We should ask GirlFriday since she acts like a government agent trying to disrupt OWS Forum. She should know about the subsidy or compensation.

Mr. Pickering was targeted by a longtime surveillance system called mail covers, a forerunner of a vastly more expansive effort, the Mail Isolation Control and Tracking program, in which Postal Service computers photograph the exterior of every piece of paper mail that is processed in the United States — about 160 billion pieces last year. It is not known how long the government saves the images.

But, look people, this is just an old policy & procedure from the 1960s or 1970s which surely must have been in place for the federal government to monitor employees in certain kinds of jobs.

Secrecy... It is an Industry. Think $100 Billion at least per year.

Secrecy, what better way for Wealthy & Industrial Powers to get intel and keep the info about contracts, government contracts, and government programs to shield Wealthy Elites from prying eyes... and government strategies like in the Department of Education & in Main Stream Media out of sight.

90% of what the Federal Government does is kept out of sight and not discussed. The Classifying of Secrets, Protecting of Wealthy People & Corporations, and the gathering of Intelligence is way out of control. We spend $600 Trillion a year on defense, down slightly from 2012 & 2011. Say we spend $700 Trillion a year if you include DHS & Intelligence Agencies. This is like 25% - 30% of the whole Economy in Government Work.
