don't let these a$$ hats run you off. we need your support. please visit one of these support forums and start networking with folks. this is not about party its about people.

sure they will. but they will have to play be the rules if they want to stay. they are making a concerted effort to not censor but they are organized. the troll have a voice too, they just need to learn how to use it.

no, i even had a tif with one of them about censoring but i have been watching all these forums for a few days and they are all doing good work.

Thanks Richard for the mention! Groobiecat2- the Venn diagram was just pointing out what both sides are saying the website itself doesn't take a stand. I didn't create the diagram found it elsewhere.

hey, ok so you don't agree. but your voice counts. please do not let frustration eek you out of this. there are others on here with your same position. once things get organized we can sit down like adults and start talking. but if you think the gov is sitting on it's hands and money needs to be out of politics. then i urge you to try some of the others.
I hear you, and appreciate what you're saying, but please, do yourself (and others) a favor. Posting sites like that--which is in no way associated with this movement--probably isn't the best approach. it's not just that I "don't agree," it's misleading--and smells of a "co-option" attempt. Maybe that's not the intention, but it certainly looks like it to me.
Search for commonality? Yes. Pushing candidates?? Absolutely not.
People want to work with #OWS, then work within its structure--don't try to impose one externally...
if you like this forum, i totally understand. i am giving people an option in order to organize and retain voices. if you like it here cool. but some will quit if they can't get a word in inch wise.
Yep, it's messy in here, and I do understand that. But posting sites that really don't have much to do with "commonality" and a lot more to do with pushing a specific agenda isn't the best approach. All I'm saying is, try to work with the #OWS. This Forum isn't the only tool for interaction. Go the revamped NYCGA.
That said, it's a free country. And I do understand frustration with this Forum. Increasingly it's going to hurt #OWS than help it, potentially.

If i build the bridge , can you find a way to shake hands with the "enemy". im not one for playing guitar and by far not a hippy , but if two groups of people are willing to work together ill do what i can to build a place for them to resolve the issues. i assume there will at least one item we can agree on. find it , work from there.

oh no, they can join, they have a voice. they just need to learn to use it and follow some etiquette.

What makes someone a troll?
troll actually comes from the word "Patrol". on BBs back in the early web space was limited so it was bad etiquette to make frequent posts and the word troll was born. now it has a totally dif connotation.
What I have seen so far, Richard is a lot of back patting and no real addressing corruption. I have tried to bond with other webmasters, but it does seem like a lot of "look at me" is going on. I think OWS is a good idea in concept and have my service scheduled out for a year for the Occupation. I am in for the long haul.
so join one of the other forums or debate an actual topic. supplying others with alternate networking option and taking a poll isn't really back patting. maybe you're a little green.
I am not even aware of the poll taking. Just a few things I saw, maybe the update from Occupytogether will help solve it. I had never been to OWS for anything more than to get documents to help build our occupation and to help with the negotiations with a city I offered to hold the permit on.

Oh! I think I saw one someone had asked for my email and I thought it was in relation to assisting with a site. Then I got some poll in an email. I was not about to click through to that attachment. lol. Thanks for the heads up. I still wont click through. lol. But at least I know it wasn't a fruitcake lady. :D
