Thanks for this info ...invest in employees we are also consumers...logical and I've been preaching this for years even writing in to newspapers who never print it...perhaps the botto m line is its not the wealth these billionares enjoy having perhaps they enjoy the imbalance/ perhaps they enjoy the power of the gap (our unhappiness brings the happiness and marks their idea of success)...as stated they don't need more money they don't know what to do with it they have so much they buyback their own stock...they don't want more money they want a caste system. That is the scary part of it..

This is the truth been here:

"Blame the administration for doing so little to defend middle-class workers when most middle-class workers aren’t even aware that they’re being ripped off. But I know. And a lot of other business owners know. We just don’t talk about it. You see, we capitalists will never actually ask you to work overtime. I don’t even track your hours. I just make it clear that I trust you to get your job done in the time allotted. And then I hand you twice as much work as you can reasonably do in a 40-hour week. But this downward pressure on wages doesn’t end there.

In the absence of a law requiring me to pay you overtime if you earn under a certain amount, you end up working harder—and the harder you work, the fewer employees I need. The fewer employees I need, the higher the unemployment rate. The higher the unemployment rate, the more leverage I have to “encourage” you to “do what it takes” to keep your job. And so you work even more hours, pushing unemployment up and wages down. And that, my friends, is one of the little tricks that keeps you poor and me rich."

It's the control 'stupid' ...they don't want the other classes to function it is about feeling better and more powerful than you. At their wealth level it is no longer about being well off and comfortable...it's about watching you squirm and struggle while they sit back with a cocktail with a smirk on their faces. Your struggle and pain is their measure of their own success....they enjoy it and they enjoy making you a chesspiece on their own boards. Your life is a petty game to them...and they like it even more when you're aware of this. They like that moment on your face when you realize you have been had and that these people you are dealing with don't share your human emotions and that they enjoy life only through making others suffer. They enjoy feeling better than you...such is the nature of sociopaths.
