The tyranny of Gov. Snyder started out with lies and now everything he does is being found as based on lies.

From his emergency (tyrants) managers.

But a legal expert said even if the law was violated, it’s unlikely Orr’s appointment would be overturned unless the state emergency manager law is found unconstitutional through a separate pending federal lawsuit.

Gov. Rick Snyder was asking more than a month before Orr’s appointment whether the Washington, D.C., attorney was ready to start work in Detroit, according to an e-mail disclosed in an Ingham County Circuit Court lawsuit.

I wonder who the legal expert was. I hate it when they don't identify the source. This is carefully orchestrated.

I'd like to know when the federal lawsuit will be heard. Do you know?

I can't find that information.....yet.

It was filed on the 28th of March, so a date might not have been set as of now.

To me?

The most amazing part, is that the EM law was soundly beaten in the last election. Snyder went on as if that was a meaningless gesture.

This shit was planned before he was even elected.

Welcome to the Disunited States of Koch.

Let's screw the retirees, is always the first order of business for ANY corporation.

Thanks for your interest in Michigan. I believe it's a bell weather for the entire rust belt.

If they ( corporations) get it to stick here. You will see it spread.

I'm hoping at this point that I can make to Kalamazoo in August. If only for a day trip.

Kalamazoo is not that far for me. It's an easier ride. Getting the time off is something I'm trying to get squared away.

My daughter will be back from China, and has already said she wants to go back Chinatown in Chicago.

If I can get the money and logistics worked out, a stop in Kalamazoo, will be pretty easy.........................:)

Are you going to Chinatown?

[-] 2 points by shoozTroll (17632) 10 years ago

She isn't back yet. But that's the plan.

That's a wonderful city inside the city of Chicago...................:)

I have to finish doing Shedds aquarium too. We got booted out last time, by not giving ourselves enough time to see the whole thing.
