one obsticle to the search of truth will be to withold relgious points from the debate. Many principles of how to treat our fellow man can be found there, and are evident in our founding fathers tone in creating the original constitution, as well as printed on our money. But if we have to cut out truths to have agreement, we will just settle for a watered down bible like what the christians have when the regions 2000 years ago couldnt agree on scripture so they left out many plain points of the doctrine of Christ.

I like number 4. This has eliminated a weakness factor.

Leaders can be manipulated, pressured, or assassinated.

But we should work hard to ensure a strong number 1. This should negate some of the possible cons of being leaderless.
