Stop and think. Something is wrong. Something has always been wrong under the surface. The problem is we don't understand it. And we may never understand it. But there are people that do.
Scientists have been warning for decades about the problems that we are facing today and tomorrow. But we don't listen. There will come a time when you can no longer afford to ignore what is obvious.

I'm an engineer and an American. For the most part I have to admit that my countrymen are arrogant and ignorant. But one thing I do know it this, If we ever find the right way we can never be stopped.
My Advice:
If we want to save our asses we better start listening to the smartest people on the planet (Scientist and Engineers). Politicians, lawyers and bankers aren't even in the same class.

You do realize that you demonstrate why nothing will ever change. Let me guess you are a scientist or an engineer , and if we would just be half as smart as you and listen to people like you, we would all be singing kumba ya.
I don't mean to be a dick, but I am just pointing out that the human frailty that infects us all is wholly demonstrated in your refusal to see any other options than the one you profess to be the only solution.
The human frailty that i speak of is the ego, and all the case studies in the world seem to have no effect on those who already know.
There are millions like you all screaming their solution is the best, and millions more not willing to see a problem because their personal life is going well.
I do love your tenacity and vigor, but do you ever just come to the conclusion that all the screaming and proselytizing in the world will not change the minds of those who already believed they have figured it all out?
No, you are the demonstration. A demonstration of complacency and neglect. People like you think you understand when you don't know squat. What have you done to make things better. What have you done to try and change things? Exactly! You haven't done squat like everyone else because you don't know squat like everyone else. Don't be ashamed. I use to be like you. I talked a load of shit and at the end of the day I didn't accomplish a damn thing except the load of excrement that I unloaded on other people just the same way you've unloaded on me. Why do people always attack the messenger? Buy all means if you have a better Idea then share it with us so we can all move forward. Being cynical and pretentious is not helpful. Not too many years left of "Business As Usual." Wayback Machine:the musicians on the Titanic continued to play until the ship totally went under,pulling them with it.I guess they thought they were helping people to not panic and therefore enhance their chances of being able to survive.Maybe they also thought the music would make failure to survive less horrible for the ones who couldn't make it.When I contemplate the nature of the interlocking disasters soon to be unleashed,I can't imagine how people will survive.Time to start compiling that Doomsday playlist,I guess-LOL
The Titanic and it's music is very interesting - the women and children were spared while men gave aid and went down with the ship. Compare this to recent disasters where only 5% of the survivors were women and children, and none below the age of 15 or above the age of 65. If future disaster does strike, only the young males will survive - include that in your playlist.
If only young males will survive in the future,I guess same sex marriage will become legal everywhere so survivors of climate change won't have to shack up.

It's just a play on words geni-us. Most people don't know what it means anyway. Loosen up! Life is short then you die.
