Forum Post: The next step in this movement MUST be the following if you wish to succeed:

Those in charge of this movement need to come up with a simple and direct list of policy-driven demands.

For example, if we are concerned with wealth disparity, we need a PLATFORM that DEMANDS that tax cuts for the rich and tax loopholes for corporations be done away with. This is a tangible idea that a legislator can sit down and write a bill to fix.

Unless people are prepared to stage a violent coup and overthrow the government as we know it, we must work within the system to change it. THIS CAN ONLY BE DONE IF THE PEOPLE IN CHARGE KNOW EXACTLY WHAT TO CHANGE.

Also don't forget to vote in the next election. This is CRITICAL in taking away power from those who abuse it. MAKE SURE EVERYONE YOU KNOW VOTES!

A violent coup isn't an option, that is clear. But waking up every American we possibly can and getting people to say enough is enough would enable us to drastically change the system as we know it. If we got even 10% of the nation to stand up and protest you would see some serious changes take place, it would have to, or those in charge would risk further unrest and even more people waking up and taking a stand.

I just feel, for too long trying to use the system to change things has failed, the system was designed in such a way that those in power will be able to maintain it. Our best bet friends is a massive protest.

1) Audit the Federal Reserve / End fractional reserve banking 2) Justice Dept prosecutions of Wall St Criminals behind TARP debacle 3) Bring the Troops Home - ALL OF THEM - Germany, Japan ... 4) Reverse Supreme Court Ruling on Corporate Donations

get that done, and you've succeeded in a Revolution.

We must pay heed to the deep cultural problem of ego driven patriarchal domination. The right brain of science dominating the left brain of creativity. Balance is what we need. Tolerance, information, and understanding.

https://www.facebook.com/note.php?note_id=10150409084095833 more or less, i agree. my attempts to get stuff working in those directions have scrawled off the page. there is no organization here, and every attempt to talk with the admins in the IRC chat has been futile.

Get to know that there are REAL PEOPLE (Ron Paul) in the political debate who have been pushing your positions for years.

Get to know them and unite with other like minded forces!

The Press ignores Ron Paul for the SAME REASON they ignore OccupyWallStreet:

The Massachusetts Senate Candidacy of Elizabeth Warren has a clear and crystallized message: America is being squeezed and beaten down by the “powerful special interests”. Her campaign will center on that issue in her race against BIG BANK candidate, incumbent Senator Scott Brown. She fully anticipates the opposition by the High Finance cartel.

If 100 people are on hunger strike alternatively for 3 months. Every congressman and senator will be begging us to end hunger strike. The world will notice it.

I'd be alot more convinced if there were cogent demands and actual fixes written out not the jumble currently being presented...
