Forum Post: The Masses Are Asses Pt II

Everyone seemed to like my calling out the general population so much a year ago, I figured lets give it another go round. Lord knows there is plenty of material.

As this site already stated, this election is a joke. http://occupywallst.org/article/ows-updates-week-october-24th/

People were ready to rip off heads in Miami yesterday, having to wait in line for 6 hrs to vote. More likely than not, thats the only amount of time they have donated to political causes since the last election. Anyone who has done enough campaigning knows its like pulling teeth to get people to give a couple hours a month. Or a year.

So we have another election, and regardless of the balance of power, about 35-40% of the people are going to go and hire the same people that fucked it up. They are being run by fear. Some even know this. Doesnt stop em.

After everyone has put in their grueling evening of traveling all the way to the polls, and pushing those little buttons, it will be mission accomplished. They are done. Thats their idea of self governance. And thats the main reason why are nation is in the toilet.

Go ask people how they feel about us attacking Africa. Blank stares around.

And then at the end of this month, it will all be topped off with Black Friday, when the people go freakin bizerk over a bunch of meaningless shit. And this is why the future isnt looking too bright.

If this is how people treat each other in order to buy things, then how will they act when all this free money dries up?

when the money dries up they will come into the houses of the rich and beat them steal there stuff and live like it never happened for a few months then the process will start again. They will riot destroy kill those who they think are at fault and then steal there wealth then fight with each other. there will never be a collective community just herds that will attack one group from one group

I think your scenario could happen. Cold, hungry, scared people are dangerous. They will do whatever it takes to survive and feed their families. However, I’d prefer to see the people follow the Arab Spring model. Massive protests. With their anger focused toward a corrupt government and outlaw corporations. If this occurs we may be able to avoid collapse of society.

What percentage of teh population would accept money from the people there were allegedly trying to defeat?

"" I'm not running for anything, but if Murdock wants to give me some cash, I'll take it.""

Is this true of most people?

FREE- as dom is reinstated the misspelling shall be corrected no matter how dumb struck, laziness does seem to be a symptom of this way thoughtless crap hence the toilet place, they are all full of shit so maybe being hungry is as saving grace they are spared mental constipation from lacking to blessed. Certainly not participating in this material mad place fairs well for those with no money to spend they certainly seem less dumb if not for being surrounded in shit they may actualize in the end what free is all about!

The banks fucked this economy. And they continue to do it. They are only ramping it up. And sheeple are going to go and endorse people who are openly accepting bribes from them.

That is fuckin pathetic. We should be better than this. This is not as good as it gets. This isnt even fuckin close.

Snyder admits making Michigan a Right to Work state was never about creating jobs http://www.eclectablog.com/2013/01/snyder-admits-making-michigan-a-right-to-work-state-was-never-about-creating-jobs.html

BAM!!!

I think that was fairly obvious from the beginning. Politicians admitting things, however, is something we usually dont see anymore.

God forbid someone says our current effort in the realm of self governing is failing miserably.

I think the proof is all around us.

Not saying its hopeless. Far from it. Likely? Probably not. But doable? Yes. History is full of suprises.

Until we, the people, take a very hard look in the mirror and ask "Did I leave it all on the court"...

Either that or we can keep blaming the refs. Im not into blaming the refs. Im into blaming myself.

Yes, but none as big an ass as hchc.

This fucked up post proves it once again.

The man HATES the 99%.

Wants nothing to do with them.

Loves the man that made those lines in Miami a reality.

You know it's so, because he refuses to name him, once again.

[-] 2 points by hchc (3297) from Tampa, FL 11 years ago

I could care less how made the lines like that, and I honestly dont have a clue who it is. Im going to assume you are going to name the Birch guy or the Koch guys again, that seems to be the pattern.

My point is that PEOPLE were ready to get aggressive with EACH OTHER over having to wait for voting. Just like they will get AGGRESSIVE with eachother the evening of THANKSGIVING.

We have a serious cultural problem in this country right now shooz. Ignoring it is not going to help any.

[-] -3 points by shoozTroll (17632) 11 years ago

You care less about a lot of things that affect the 99%.

You are still a fraud and a hypocrite.

Just go watch Monday night football and leave us alone.

You know you love what Scott and the teabagge(R)s have done to Florida.

You ARE the cultural problem, because you HATE first and never ask why.

[-] 1 points by hchc (3297) from Tampa, FL 11 years ago

Oh I ask why. Its no mystery that the media perpetuates this shallow consumeristic culture. Thats obvious.

Whats not is people's willing blindness towards it.

And by "us" would you be talking about the Obama/Romney cheerleaders, who think if we all just go and vote our little tails off, and then take the next 4 years off, that the world will magically fix itself.

End the Wars. End the Fed/Banking Cartel. End money in Politicis.

These have been teh main battle cries of engaged individuals for a long time.

Put your vote where your mouth is if you think it is so important.

You may find the taste of hypocrisy yourself. Which is ironic. because we agree on more policy than disagree on. Except I wanted universal and you are fine with forced fascism.

1.) People like stuff. they always have. Poor people have to do unflattering things to get some for their children and it's really Wallyworlds fault they have to do what you BITCH so loudly about.

2.)It's you who can not see.

3.)Just how many years have you taken off, and how long have you been lying about who "us" is?

4.) Such things take time and dedication. Something you don't have.

5.) See above.

6.) Yes, I do believe I will go vote and hopefully remove some teabagge(R)s.

7.) You're the hypocrite who pretends he doesn't shop, who BITCHES about others watching football, yet you go watch it yourself.

7a.) You're a facist BITCH that gets info from the John Birch Society, so you can go puck a rubber, as that's where your credulity is at.

and then there's your LOVE of Rich Rick Scott.

[-] -1 points by hchc (3297) from Tampa, FL 11 years ago

Do you write ads for Obama and Romney?

[-] -1 points by shoozTroll (17632) 11 years ago

No, I don't.

The more pertinent question is, who do you write for?

You have defended the teabagge(R)s, and here is what they are up to in Florida today.
