Some seem to think that manipulating money or shifting the balance will bring material equality or that the rich or government is to blame.

I believe that the human race with it's most destructive weakness 'greed' has become nothing more than a 'Junkie'

We all complain about poverty, inequality, violence, war etc., but at the same time feed of the very thing that drives these symptoms. We complain about the capitalist attitude, but want their products and so support them.

Like a Heroin Junkie we suffer and go into withdrawal when the drug is not present, slowly destroying ourselves and our surroundings and blaming the dealer for our suffering, or sometimes out of ignorance the only desire we have is for the drug to become cheaper so we can have more and continue the high.

Presidents and other leaders who only make sure that the dealers drug reaches the masses are blamed for their disorganization and incompetence when supply is low or of poor quality.

The junkie will go to any length to remain high or rather to avoid reality/change.

Be honest.

You want to shop and shop more, spend and spend more, enjoy and enjoy more, desire and desire more.

Who is really to blame, when you are willing participants in your own destruction?

The Junkie.

Exactly.

Even while we are having this conversation, we are supporting our own destruction, by indirectly or directly supporting large companies who determine just how much our societies will use the internet and related hardwares/softwares/economic structures/advertising/consumerism.

We willingly jump into the spiders web and then cry when it comes to feed.

Truth. I refuse to buy anything from big businesses anymore; We have only ourselves to blame for their continued greed.

Seein' people with Dunkin' Donuts coffee, and going to McDonald's last night made me feel like some people do not realize how much they are STILL feeding the hogs.
