You know why? Because all of these loud mouth I did it myself types probably worked for large protective state unions or took welfare handouts from the government to do projects (with your tax money) While getting where they were because they had people in the know or started off with money. They really made out during the housing boom, but we still get to pay them out with our tax dollars because they blew through their entire windfalls by continuing to make shitty investments and blow through every ounce. When all of these contractors decide to take a Dr. summer-off from their huge protective state unions who do you think covers the tab? All I know is all the service sector low wage employees get to fund big gitter dones in their $50,000 trucks who drink coffee while standing on the side of a road getting paid $50.00 an hour to hold a sign that says please go slow and stare at a hole in the ground while two people work at it and the rest look on. And we get to stimulate the people who should have accumulated a giant savings stash by now but didn't because they're all a bunch of drunks and gambled most of it away. As an office worker whose pay hasn't risen in twelve years of working despite my experience, watching all the office jobs go to India, driving to work in my dangerous falling apart vehicle that has no breaks - I'm so appreciative to know that all of my hard earned tax dollars can stimulate the "help a rich complex condo developer, drunken connected piece of shit contractor or wealthy low income housing developer fund" who in return pushes me out of the housing market and charges me $1200 - $1500 a month in rent or makes me late for work while I wait for them to finish a useless road project that they also just rebuilt last year and then has the nerve to turn around and tell me I'm a lazy piece of shit protester who should have followed their example in life and how much they hate welfare or subsidies or government even though they don't mind taking the largest portion of the Obama subsidies/ government stimulus package to "help themselves".

I take it you don't care too much for road workers?

Don't blame the worker, for what their contractor is doing.

This is just misplaced.

Sure there are those who have natural brains and talent but they don't have the type of wealth occupy is even speaking about in nor are they part of the 1 percent. Dr's are not wealthy. Nor are small entrepreneurs. Occupy is shooting at much higher targets. We're talking people who cuddle up and get all cozy with government and tax payer money to get riches beyond a mere Doctors pay and go far beyond what they deserve, as well as those rich enough to bid the government or lobby them for more rights than the citizenry. And yes state unions are not the same thing as private unions - they are taking advantage of taxpayers and the citizenry. No one minds passing costs down to us - because there is no accountability anymore when it comes to tax payer money. No one investigates it anymore or reports on it. Kickback, revolving door, monopolistic entities. Big construction, developers, low income builders, highway bidding contract, monopolistic corporations, hospitals, schools. Wherever there is government money there are those with their hands out- and welfare is also a drive by corporations (lets them lay off people while still keeping consumers - paid for again by the tax-payers and working poor and middle class.) After they've bleed us dry they have the nerve to complain they might end up paying themselves the tax money with their own tax money - defeats the purpose of the wealthy uh a paradox "indeed". Employees are consumers and tax payers - who's going to pay now if they're all dried up? No one - soon the economy is going to crumble. - and we can say we told you so - your little money won't be worth the paper it's written on. Sorry

They can never top the hypocrisy of someone who says people who earn money are greedy for wanting to keep it and that they aren't greedy for wanting to take it from them.

You look up greedy, stupid and hypocritical in the dictionary and you find those guys. :)
