It goes hand and hand, throughout history. Always has, always will. Thats why we are trying to bomb our way out of this mess.
Marginal tax rates, educational systems, etc..... Mean nothing when it comes to who is number 1 economy. Why do you think China is building their Army so quickly.
The person on the block that can go and beat someone up and steal the money gets the most. It's sad, but it's true.
Every empire comes into existence from using force. And that abuse of force is what ends every empire.
Act accordingly.
