This is probably the response of just about anyone these days. While some probably want us there, and will benefit, there are some who simply do not want to be involved, or occupied, by the Empire. I dont blame em.
No matter how screwed up things get here, I want US to be able to sort it out. Would you want some corrupted, consulting firm that never leaves to show up at your GA and help you "streamline" it? Prob not. What if they promised free food everyday? I would still say no.
But there will always be some that the larger the bribe, the more willing to play ball.
So what are the people in Niger thinking now that we are attacking their neighbor and building bases in their country?

So? I imagine the residents in Mali are grateful that the Al Quaida in the Magrib are no longer imposing Sharia law in their country. and, lets not forget, it is France that is fighting in Mali, a foreign country, to route them out. Does that make France just as imperialistic?
