"About half the buyers are foreign"..

This sums up a lot of what is going on in the housing market right now. The big money here is active as usual, but the influx of foreign money is insane.

So what does this mean for the near future? I think it means that this slow move towards global corporatism is going to keep things from becoming chaotic, and that the decline for the rest of us is going to continue but at such a slow pace that its not going to lead to massive social unrest.

Republi(C)ans and Demo(C)rats dont allow GP Candidate into the mix...

Why on earth would people attempt to support anything or anyone who is in this system?

When you look at the prices of real estate in the article, it seems ironic.

They very people who cause it are the ones who are pandered to to solve it.

Think about this very event next time you are pissed about what is going on. And then ask yourself how much of a cog in the machine you may be, knowingly or not.

Not good.

Demo(C)rats and Republi(C)ans will stop at nothing until (C)orporations have left the entire country as an either rich or poor nation.

Demo(C)rats and Republi(C)ans made a gentlemens agreement during the presidential debates to not discuss the hard topics.

They barred candidates that are more in tune with the public from participating.

Regardless if Demo(c)rats or Republi(C)ans win, the (C)orporations make out like bandits because they only fund CORPORATISTS.
