The energy of the movement needs to be directed at sueing the bankers, lobbyists, rating agencies and government officials in civil court. Anyone who was involved, knew and did nothing or should have known about the impending collaspe needs to be held personally responsible
Good idea. The judges are pissed-off too. The politicians have sold us out. Time to go all law-and-order on their asses!
I'm no lawyer, but it sounds like a reasonable course of action.
Hi Fredfreedom, Agree. We need to use every tool available. Question for law people-----Is there a way for the people get the big crooks criminally charged?
Although it would satisfy some short term feelings and maybe even have some direct effect, it would not solve the underlying problem.
