WE the under signed are demanding not only audits of each and every Hedge Fund and Banking Institution From 2006 to 2011,.. Petition From 'The Investors Alliance' to the President of The United States of America and the U.S. Congress, Oversight Committee :
We , the Undersigned , as citizens of these United States, as investors of independent resources in this economic market, and as individual On Line Traders ..
Hereby demand an accounting of those investments, which we held as reliable, through institutions of banking, investment brokers and Hedge Funds... that these institutions be held accountable for their risks of our investments entrusted to them in the form of our long term holding of stock, our 401K's, our pensions, our employment benefits, our children college funds, that became assets, which were loaned to other financial investment funds, to be naked shorted, with habitual failures to deliver (FTD's)..
We request that the UpTic Rule, set place during the 1934 regulations to prevent pooling in it's Market regulations be reinstated having been abolished in a less than transparent fashion, redacted, not in the best interest of the American people nor the U.S. economy but as a result of special interest lobbying efforts bought and payed for by a small group of hedge funds whose big money influence on the regulators resulted in false reports To Congress by the Then SEC Inspector General Falsifying the actual data of the Need for the UTR ( UpTick Rule) and it's value to sustain a Fair market for Trading. In May of 2008, when the Congressional Oversight Committee heard Testimony to this fact, Congress Promised a reinstatement of the UTR.
Since, (2011) NOTHING has been accomplished in this matter. AND, the only mentions of such, have been to consider a Watered Down version of the UTR.. a "Circuit Breaker" effect added. This has merely placated the Outraged Citizens, while conforming to the Wants and Needs of the controlling 1 % Wealthy.
This is unacceptable. We demand the UTR be reinstated in FULL measure, and Compliance be Enforced! The SEC is Aware of Flash trading, and that is illegal. Yet, it exists to this day.
We Demand as in ONE VOICE that the Privatization of the TRADING Program on the NYSE Be Abolished. As This is Collusion at it's utmost. Each Company Trading on ONE Program in Unison, is in violation of the SEC Rules and Regulations.
We demand Regulations on the Program Software from Wall Street transactions Feeding to Broker Houses and Trading platforms. As this Program has NO SEC Watch Dog Effort to protect us. This program software UP For Sale to the Highest Bidder has Caused Day to day Fraud in Trading . Crimes Committed Every Day by Owners of this software..With Inside Trader Information.. of Seeing Limit orders and Stop orders as soon as they are placed. Seeing all orders of Individual On Line traders.. in Advanced of fills is is not Only UNFAIR...But it is Insider trading!.. Collusion between the MM's ( Market Makers) manipulating stocks in Unison!! This 'Program' set in place in July of 2007.. is THE most Outrageous Slap in the Face to Justice and Fair Trade in the History of our Country..Thus..It Must Be Regulated with laws set in place to give the SEC Authority to Prosecute Abusers.
The UTR which was put in place after the stock market collapse of 1929 for the purpose of preventing a repeat, cost this current market of no less than 3 trillion dollars in non accountable FTD's since 2006..As there were no requests for audits in one single case of defrauding the system during this period newly de-regulated markets.
But We Demand that this audit be transparent in it's findings from the onset!! Beyond this, We The undersigned demand that this petition be considered by not only you, the Obama Administration ..But by all considered parties involved herewith . Those who are Guilty of Colluding on the exchange be prosecuted and brought to justice.. THIS is NON Negotiable! We The Undersigned are now registering with The 'Investors Alliance, .' ..This Petition To Regulate Naked Shorting, and Bring Back into the Federal Regulations..The UpTick Rule..protecting the markets for over 70 years, and to either REGULATE the new Algorithmic Trading Program, or abolish it.

If you knew that that was co Authored by a Dentist from Philly, and an attorney from NY, and a Writer from Oregon, and my self.. in 2009, .. and that the Dentist.. who worked long hours, and spent months helping us Fight a Hedge Fund from China who declared a Fraudulent Bankruptcy,..DIED of a heart attack Trying to Finish that War..
