Why are we allowing this to happen....Fracking poses numerous risks to the environment, health, and communities, including withdrawing large volumes of water from creeks and streams, contamination of drinking water supplies, generation of harmful wastes, increased noise, dust and air pollution, and harms to community infrastructure and character from increased industrial activity. We already show signs of a shortage on water supply. So why are we allowing this to happen? Frackers, oil companies, plastics makers, wastewater managers -- more or less anyone who spews a little shit into our midst in order to keep things running around here has dumped some money into the lap of Rep. Warren Chisum ®. Chisum is doing his part to repay these BIG CORPORATE POLLUTERS, ushering an amendment through the House that will make it considerably more difficult for communities to keep polluters from destroying the waterways, air & soil..
