The cognitive distortion, "get money out" needs balancing with specific strategy to get it out.
Protest is not going to do it. Protest gets media. The important thing is to see that the media cannot present the wrong message and MUST present the correct message.
If ONLY the right message is available, and media doesn't report it, then there is SERIOUS neglect. So far the right message has not been presented by any protest.
The only message that can be right is one that proposes strategy that can gather all the authority needed to "get the money out".

"gettin out to someone" is not part of a legal process. If it's not part of a legal process then there is no duty by any official to do anything. So if there is any reason for them not not want to do what is asked, they will certainly do something else.
The intent to see change, on your part, is valid no matter what. Democracy calls for good information so unified populations can make decisions and some of that is conceptual strategy merging social movement with law.
The only movement I take seriously here or anywhere is ART 5 through preparatory amendment. If you want to end corporate personhood, ART 5 has all the authority needed.
Art 5 has no history of ever working,
Our efforts have worked for all amendments ever successfully passed.
Art 5 is being pushed by right wing wackos (ALEC) so I think we should be suspicious of it.

The elite have been preventing ART5 because it can stop them, so therefore there has never been a convention.
Uh, labeling ALEC "wackos" tries to dismiss the power they have and their connections. Doing that means they can do the same back.
Doing that makes it an attitude encounter by all involved. The alternative appears to be a well thought out intellectual challenge. This post has a link to the thread challenging them.

This was a very good interview with David DeGraw.
Why do you say TYT is getting more RW?
The movement isn't, but I don't trust Cenk lately. He has his own arse (ass) firmly ensconced in RWology, being a lawyer.
I just don't see the fervor in his eyes anymore. I would hazard a guess that he's on someone's payroll, and maybe his children/wife/mother has been targetted for "dismissal."
Watching a fucked up system be constantly endorsed by the very people it is screwing has a way of wearing on people over time...I think you have to become emotionally detached if you are going to make it a career.

Cenk was a bubbling font of enthusiam just a short while (maybe ten months?) ago.
He's devolved into a caricature of Cenk. It's sad.
Oh the price we pay. Since war has been declared on "the fed" I believe the best suited ideal may run along line of each state absorbing the national things that are (for now) in WDC. Very real is that it will be made obsolete as damages is beyond repair and their majority is not for USA. Since they will all be prosecuted for their crimes we may as well plan as if them are no more.
