The OWS movement needs to affirm non-violence as the only way forward and needs to make a clear statement that anyone who is violent is not part of OWS. See: http://sociology.ucsc.edu/whorulesamerica/change/science_nonviolence.html

As it is now, the main page of this site just say OWS will "encourage the use of non-violence". That is not good enough, as negative publicity like this shows. OWS needs to make a firm stand on this across all GAs if OWS is to survive and flourish as a movement.

It disgust me that no one is outraged at this. Why is this acceptable to you people. We aren't entitled to free food from vendors.
