Have a night without lights. I'd suggest December 10, 2012. Show darkness, anywhere, everywhere, any country. This will allow people who work, who chose not to lose their meager income, to show oneness.
Sounds a lot like a way to satiate some feeling about our need to collaborate without actually doing anything, and so does voting.
Money will do whatever it wants either way, and it only wants one thing.
