Doesnt matter if its public or its private, if the people are intent on electing individuals and giving them massive amounts of power and money, they better keep their eyes on them.
Or we could try to come up with somethign that didnt require 24/7 watching, and a constant game of tag in terms of regulations to stop new laws, and regulations to undermine or override existing regulations, etc etc etc.
