ONCE upon a time, in a very different age, an Internet start-up called eToys went public. The date was May 20, 1999. The offering price had been set at $20, but investors in that frenzied era were so eager for eToys shares that the stock immediately shot up to $78. It ended its first day of trading at $77 a share.

Just so you know, I'm the guy who tried to fire Goldman Sachs and put them, with Bain Capital - in jail. (The "retroactive" secret is that the law firm for GSachs is www.MNAT.com ) - the law firm for Bain Capital is MNAT.

MNAT has "confessed" lying under oath in the eToys bankruptcy case, to the chief federal justice 15 times, about hiding the secret that it also represented Goldman Sachs, when MNAT became eToys attorney.

MNAT then asked for (and RECEIVED) permission to Destroy the Books & Records of eToys http://petters-fraud.com/MNAT_Motion_Destruction_Books_n_Records.pdf

This helped serve TWO Ebol masters (Goldman SAchs wanting to get away with its classic "pump-n-dump" of eToys stock and Bain Capital (Romney WAS CEO at the time) - wanting eToys for as little as possible).

There's 100 more crimes in eToys.

And, as for the comment that this is old news, the NY Supreme Court RE-opened the case for me, for a reason. http://www.law360.com/articles/376229

And this is JUST the beginning; http://www.nypost.com/p/news/business/collusion_course_eIMheVVy3lvwiD5Q35SVvO#ixzz2NYt7n8Bx

Wouldn't this be a mafia con, with some hints of embezzlement and racketeering, and a heavy dose of collusion and extortion?

Change a few names and scenarios around and it would make a hit mob movie.

I had no idea there was still a court case.

[-] 1 points by LaserH (14) 11 years ago

The reason the court case(s) are still open, is because Romney/Bain are also involved. . If they had closed the NY Supreme Court case and the Delaware BK case prior to this time - then I would have been "liberated" from those subject matter jurisdictions (venue). . Goldman Sachs sued itself in the eToys v GSachs case (because GSachs handpicked their very own prosecutor - Paul Traub). . Mr. Traub is Romney's "brown bag" guy who spreads the green around to get the results they wish. . Traub was also a partner with NY fraudster Marc Dreier and Tom Petters Ponzi scheme. . When you OWN you very personal Federal prosecutor (Colm Connolly) - you can keep cases open as long as you wish!

because GSachs handpicked their very own prosecutor

That explains everything. This will be beautiful.

The DOJ's Office of Legislative Affairs sent a piece of babbling, reinforcing banter, B.S. to Senator Sherrod Brown on February 27, 2013. This is the letter tunnel of B.S. you could drive an Aircraft carrier through.

Here's my response today - apropos of the Rigging saga; http://petters-fraud.com/A_Response_to_DOJ_Feb27_2013_letter_To_Senator_Sherrod_Brown.pdf
