30 years of democratic fight by Tamil minorities from 60s. Another 27 years of civil war from 80 s to 2009.It was not just war alone, but northern province Tamil minorities under LTTE had established their own civilian government with taxing , land legislation, policing, educational institutions and public welfare departments etc, whatever rudimentary form it may be . Nothing would justify the brutal eradication of minority powers which fights for their rights by super powers for their geo political trade offs. The issue here is about the planned, systematic tortures and massacre of civilians in tens of thousands, which seeks accountability and justice.

They LIKED what he'd said about his own party six weeks ago. It was only this week, when Kris voted against the bill advanced in South Carolina (AFTER the Democrats added a bunch of crap to it at the last minute) that the liberal media went all wild and wooly on his ass and attempted to claim he bought into the same party mentality he so readily piled up on his fellow GOP members.

Sounds to me like the intent is the opposite.
The SC one could be interpreted as an attack against one black man. Biden's could be interpreted as an attack against all other black men. I guess it all depends on one's personal bias and prejudices.
