For as long as anyone can remember, companies have been raping public lands for their mineral and resource wealth (timber, gold, grazing land, minerals, etc). Many leases drawn in the 1800's or early 1900's. They are pulling billion$ out of the ground and paying less than a fraction of a percent for the rights to pillage OUR lands. Teddy Roosevelt would be rolling in his grave if he knew what was happening. Make "em Pay
These companies do not own the land, they didn't buy it, they lease it for ridiculously cheap
So if you buy a piece of property for $10,000 and it goes up in value in 10 years to $1,000,000 you are happy to pay a tax on $1,000,000 before you sell it and then again when you sell it? Better say yes or you are a hypocrite.
