Mgr. Jorge Mario Bergoglio preached on these murders. The Bush financed, Bush trained drug lord terrorists who killed for George H.W. Bush were the murderers. These specific murderers were trained in the United States. As a South American Jesuit, Mgr. Jorge Mario Bergoglio took the side of his people as against the monsters.

Jesuits are committed to protest. Over the last century they have been in the middle of every fight for social justice. This is as strong as to their vows of poverty, chastity, and obedience. This new pope, Francis I, is a product of Jesuit social justice through and through.

Don't expect "liberation theology." But do expect that when he orders the Society of Jesus to put their backs to it on Global Warming, international poverty, the greed and criminality of modern capitalism, and outreach to other religions there will be a profound movement in action.

Celia Marisela Ramos speaks to him from Heaven.

She is remembered here in America. Every year. Never to be forgotten.

There is a Jesuit led protest at Fort Benning, Georgia, every single year. This goes back to 1989 and the U.S. Army training the assassins who killed these eight people at the University of Central America in San Salvador, El Salvador.

The Jesuits slaughtered there were Ignacio Martin-Baro, Ignacio Ellacuria, Amado López, Joaquin López y López, Segundo Montes, and Juan Ramon Moreno.

Elba Ramos, and her teenage daughter, Celia Marisela, were their housekeepers. Celia was considering Holy Orders. By all accounts she was blameless.

Note that the Wikipedia entry for the Contras has been scrubbed. There is no mention of this mass murder:

-- en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Contras

The George H.W. Bush war against the Sandinista National Liberation Front condoned murders of police officers, medical doctors, nurses, priests, Sandinista party members, and teachers.

Expect the murderous thugs who applied drug gang tactics in El Salvador to have the worst of the worst for American allies.

Expect allies of the Bush Dynasty to apply a similar lack of morals to the Internet.

Pope Francis I has been living with right wing madness his whole life. The Perons were no treat. The generals were worse. The Dirty War of the 1970s murdered approximately 13,000 according to the National Commission on the Disappearance of Persons (of Argentina.)

As Mgr. Jorge Mario Bergoglio, he presented a remarkable innovation with respect to his priestly role ministering to AIDS patients. He took up the challenge of Bishop Jean-Félix-Albert-Marie Vilnet (1922–2013) who as president of the Conference of Bishops of France had identified the AIDS victims as "the least of these" before Christ.

Mgr. Bergoglio went out to the AIDS clinics and washed the feet of the stricken. Then he did it again and again. This was when Mgr. Vilnet was losing his struggles to protect priests who were seen by many in the Curia as doing too much with AIDS outreach. This was when priests and bishops were being removed from their posts for doing too much.

Washing feet ended it.

Seeing Mgr. Bergoglio become Pope Francis I is a big deal.

We can speak with Cardinal Dolan when he gets back. This pope will move and Occupy can help, better with a solid liaison for shared issues.

As a corollary:

You want to finish off the right-wing creep gang called the Republican Party ? Want an America committed to social justice? This is where we go to generate a completely different voter demographic for this country.

By 2016 when 23 Republican Senate seats are at risk, a Catholic-Occupy alliance could give the Center-Left both a veto-proof majority in the Senate and solid control of the House of Representatives.

Word out this morning has this priest repeating washing the feet of a dozen AIDS patients when he was a cardinal in 2001 on video.

The story is half done.

Mgr. Jorge Mario Bergoglio did this every year. Started doing it in the 1980s when there were no cameras. Word spread among the priesthood, not by media.
