Yep. Sometimes reality really sucks. I don't call myself a pessimist or an optimist. I try to be a realist. Unfortunately, all my years on this planet have not given me much encouragement to believe that the global community is going to make it out of this worldwide mess with a positive outcome. I would truly love to be proven wrong.
