O'Reaily has been an idiot since day one....and a bully....and has one mission- to get ratings from the idiot population of the USA.

[-] 1 points by jimmycrackerson (940) from Blackfoot, ID 11 years ago

That's part of where his arrogance stems is his mass of bigot idiot loyal followers in the U.S.

[-] 2 points by brightonsage (4494) 11 years ago

O'Reilly who? Hey, I didn't know I could yodel. Tell him, "never mind", he is giving idiots a bad name.

At what age did he choose to be an idiot instead of gay?

[-] 1 points by MattLHolck (16833) from San Diego, CA 11 years ago

I been told the military will be leading the gay pride parade this year in San Diego

[-] 1 points by brightonsage (4494) 11 years ago

I believe that and if it is true, it is cool.

[-] 1 points by MattLHolck (16833) from San Diego, CA 11 years ago

no.

[-] 2 points by TitusMoans (2451) from Boulder City, NV 11 years ago

You can't expect someone to apologize for the way he or she is born.

[-] 2 points by Puzzlin (2898) 11 years ago

Good point. I will take it under careful advisement. It just may be that Bill-O was destined to be an a$$hat from day one. Maybe he missed the planet he was supposed to go to. It's the one where the inhabitants severely lack compassion for others and everyone is in it for themselves bar none.

TO: BILLO

Oh Bill-O, plz tell us again about how we don't how the moon got there, and started orbiting our planet. Your ability to rationalize is just far away greater than any us can even imagine. Oh Bill-O, we so blessed you came to the wrong planet and put up with ALL our disrespect to your superior intellect. Oh wise ONE!!!

So, Bill-O, keep any promises lately? You wouldn't be decieving us, would you???

[-] 1 points by TitusMoans (2451) from Boulder City, NV 11 years ago

Maybe it's one of the other Mormon planets?

[-] 2 points by Puzzlin (2898) 11 years ago

Good point. I heard that for all practical purposes, we can consider that other habitable planets in our Universe are infinite in number so that we can rest assured that Bill-O did really miss the planet he was destined for. He must have screwed up at the last moment and ended up here. This would explain why he plays the Bully role very very well. He's really pissed at us since we all lack the superior intellect he has. It's just a bad rap for him, he didn't get the right ticket punched.

Maybe we should let him slide on his promises since he's probably suffered enough already. What a poor guy. Sad really.

LOL - maybe arrange a ride for him to Pluto - dog that he is.

[-] 2 points by Puzzlin (2898) 11 years ago

PLUTO--------------------------------------

That's probably best one, and it's not that far really considering cosmic distances. And since it's really a small dead rock and no longer even considered a planet, it's an entirely appropriate planet for him

LOL - LOF'nL. Send mittens along as company along with the Kochs and other depraved criminals of humanity - Boner McConnel Cantor Blahgoyovitch and more.

[-] -2 points by secnoot (-14) 11 years ago

I would rather be Romneys dog riding along for a vacation with the family that loved me than the Obama dog going for a ride in the wok in the kitchen... Nom. Nom. Nom.

[-] 2 points by DKAtoday (33802) from Coon Rapids, MN 11 years ago

Not a problem - I don't think mittens would mind if you rode out to Pluto strapped to the side of the rocket.

[-] -1 points by secnoot (-14) 11 years ago

Wouldn't it be really funny if we found out that life originated outside our planet and there was no way to prove that this planet wasn't infected by a life form from another planet that may or may not be Mormon?

[-] 3 points by Puzzlin (2898) 11 years ago

Wow. Don't you just love this Universe for the possibilities it affords us. I can see these infinite possibilities existing. Maybe there is hope that we start recognizing truth in the future if this is a natural progression of all beings in this big lofty Universe.

Or maybe not. I bet we have a shot and it's not an illusion. Only Bill-O is the grand illusion. He's misplaced. Poor Guy.

Promise Giver. Promise Taker. Bill-O the Bully.

I've been telling liberals and conservative alike since this decision went to the SCOTUS that l vs r means nothing to this court, just like it doesnt to the uppper politicians.

Its all about helping the big corporations. This just further proves this point.

[-] 2 points by VQkag2 (16478) 11 years ago

Supreme court has always been political. This one has clearly been right wing extremists. Helping big corps is a right wing priority. Most progressives recognize this fact. To suggest otherwise insults our intelligence. Perhaps you think if you repeat it enough, or say with insults you can hypnotize people? Maybe you don't see the political realities. Or maybe you are just dishonest. But certainly we disagree. Please refrain from insults.

[-] 0 points by hchc (3297) from Tampa, FL 11 years ago

And like I have said before, if it was right wing extremists (and not fascists) it would be repealing a hell of a lot of stuff.

Im sorry you are forever trapped into an us vs them thinking. This only further proves how powerful their messaging is and how well they do it.

Right wing extremists would not have passed this. Liberals would not have either, because they would want universal. More corporate crap.

Get out of l vs r thinking and start following the money. Take about 50 steps back.

[-] 2 points by VQkag2 (16478) 11 years ago

"following the money" This right wing court upheld the mandate because the mandate (which is a right wing concept born of the heritage foundation 20 yrs ago) is a financial gift to the right wing 1% corp insurance indusrty. That ain't pretend.

The way they upheld the mandate was designed to create a new right wing attack on the health car law and Pres Obama during this election season. The court states the ACA is a tax,and Right wing repubs are already following the right wing courts directions in using Roberts tax terminology to rile up the right wing base. I ain't makin that up.

They further decided that the medicaid expansion was contitutional but found that the states could opt out. That would hurt low income people! which is a right wing priority!. It also strengthens states rights. Another right wing concept. These are facts. it's not fantasy. Are you pretending not to see this?

What ARE you talkin about? Perhaps you should better understand the positions the American Left and Right wings take.

Perhaps you should take 1 or 2 steps forward.

[-] 1 points by brightonsage (4494) 11 years ago

Insurance stocks went up yesterday, making your point.

[-] 2 points by VQkag2 (16478) 11 years ago

It is insidious. But I believe the private insurance corps days are numbered. People must come to realize that these middlemen have hiked prices for no reason, and gauged us only to enrich the 1% eventually. I saw that Vt and Montana are already looking at dropping the mandate of private insurance and implementing single payer. This is how it will happen. The law allows for states flexibility (repub demand) and the right wing knows this is how the private insurance industry will die. MooHa HA HA haha. ;)

[-] 1 points by brightonsage (4494) 11 years ago

Chill the champagne. It would immediately save 15-30%. Then stop the direct advertizing to consumers of drugs and medical appliances, and medical charlatans services. Then require hospitals/surgeons to use checklists which save a ton of money and are projected to save 100,000 lives a year (like no war in Iraq)..

Hey, we may be on to something.

[-] 1 points by VQkag2 (16478) 11 years ago

Been a long battle. It was Republican Teddy Roosevelt (old NY 1% dutch money) Who 1st asked for universal health care. Still a long way to go. but like Biden said- it's a BFD.

[-] 2 points by brightonsage (4494) 11 years ago

It is ironic that TR being rich was so sensitive to so many issues that might affect the rich a little but affect the poor and middle class profoundly. Was willing to make them personal issues that he fought for as if they were life and death to him. Biden is one of the few that haven't lost touch with the little people as they are often condescendingly called. And it is a BFD.

On another thread I reminded folks that if you took out all of the changes insisted upon by the GOP during markup of the ACA, (before they all voted against it) it would have been a better piece of legislation. That is where the water came from to water it down.

[-] 2 points by VQkag2 (16478) 11 years ago

They have obstructed, delayed, lied, and cheated to prevent any success from this Pres. They know in the end that people will see the benefit of the ACA and another large govt program that the 99% love will be entrenched. Like Social security they will never be able to get rid of it. And these great programs provide proof that govt can do good for the people. (business certainly doesn't). The complete opposite of their anti got rhetoric. Suckas

[-] 1 points by DKAtoday (33802) from Coon Rapids, MN 11 years ago

And all it takes is participation and ownership by the people.

[-] 2 points by VQkag2 (16478) 11 years ago

Gotta get more people excited. Grow the movement. Push progressive solutionns that people can understand and appreciate. Education next? Forgive debt? I don't know

[-] 1 points by DKAtoday (33802) from Coon Rapids, MN 11 years ago

Education/outreach always.

Push for reality to prevail in finance - removal of false value.

But 1st and foremost will always be the people reclaiming government to make all else possible.

[-] 2 points by VQkag2 (16478) 11 years ago

So much corruption and spinelessness in govt. seems overwhelming, and impossible. But we got health care through the right wing SCOTUS!. Amazing.

BFD!

[-] 1 points by DKAtoday (33802) from Coon Rapids, MN 11 years ago

Look at the move to amend campaign - this is how the people get involved in regaining government and change course to a healthy and prosperous for all - state by state one issue at a time. Does not mean the issues can not be pushed all at once - just separate from each-other.

It is a BFD!

[-] 1 points by brightonsage (4494) 11 years ago

Objectively, it can and must be better. There several more things I didn't mention above that we must do, especially to bring down costs. My goals are universal coverage, top five in life span, top five in infant survival and top five in lowest percentage of GNP in cost.

What most on both sides fail to grasp is this isn’t about healthcare…. It is about giving the state power over the individual… It will allow them in the future to jab your child with the very vaccines people are having adverse reactions to worldwide, it will allow them to dictate what you eat and how long you live….

People think this is about money…. they print the money…. this is about control… this is about population reduction on a mass scale….

Not one nickle of your income tax goes to any service…. NONE…. it all goes to service interest on debt dating back hundreds of years to the shadow government that runs the world with hidden but iron fist….

Can you imagine if just 1 dollar out of everyone’s paycheck funded public healthcare? But no— NONE of the 40% they take from you provides any service…. all the other taxes do that….

Just wait until you see this and agenda 21 crawl up your butts….

From the producer of trading places with Eddie Murphy a documentary that will show you everything you need to know about taxes….

I hope he makes a fool out of himself. I also hope O-bomb-ya gets impeached for bombing Libya, signing the NDAA and lying his face off about the new individual mandate tax.

[-] 3 points by HempTwister (667) from Little Rock, AR 11 years ago

The House has to impeach. They sent him the NDAA to sign holding defense funding hostage with what you call the NDAA.

So just who the hell do you think is going to impeach him? Take a deep breath and think a bit.

And btw, the law was in place before the NDAA thing. So withou the NDAA it would still be in place. Even George Washington held the British he captured without trial for an indefinite period. Regardless of citizenship.

[-] 0 points by JusticeF0rTrayvon (-58) 11 years ago

You think the Repukes wouldn't be willing to impeach O-bomb-ya?

All we'd have to do then is vote for a real reformer in the recall election. Fascist problem solved.

[-] 2 points by HempTwister (667) from Little Rock, AR 11 years ago

Not for NDAA. Not for killing terrorists. They love that stuff. Oh, and it their mandate. But, yes, they would love to impeach him and would be willing ot spend untold amount of tax payer money to find something. Just like last time.

"They don't care about you" - George Carlin

Of course neither party cares about us, Carlin was right.

You see what's happening here? We're both staring the solution in the face, but only one of us cares about stopping the slaughter of our rights.

I'll see you at the finish line.

[-] 1 points by HempTwister (667) from Little Rock, AR 11 years ago

"neither party cares about us" Nope. But some of them fake it better than others.

Justice-----------------> So, who are you for again???

[-] 0 points by JusticeF0rTrayvon (-58) 11 years ago

Who?

Anyone who doesn't bomb random countries, sign the NDAA, expand the illegal wiretapping program, murder with drones, and detain people indefinitely without charge.

So, not O-bomb-ya and certainly not that freak Romney.

We had a chance to change these things, during the Democratic primary this spring, and get the fascist bastard out of the white house. We failed. The election is over.

So who are you voting for? Corporate welfare, bombs, and war crimes? Or are you voting for corporate welfare, bombs, and war crimes?

[-] 1 points by Puzzlin (2898) 11 years ago

Not any Repugnicans who cater and cuddle the rich. I look for perfection but I see it no where. There is a huge and clear distinction between liberals and conservatives even if you hadn't noticed.

Justice, is it ALL YELLOW?

When do we make distinctions between prevailing views, when you say we can?

So glad you figured all this out. So, what is your big secret to your successful mind thought, oh that's right, it's all YELLOW.

I guess the ACA is ALL YELLOW! --------------:D LMFAO

So what's the difference, ey?

The Puzzler

[-] 0 points by JusticeF0rTrayvon (-58) 11 years ago

Dude, you really need to kick the uppers. You're making OWS supporters look like a bunch of loons who shout about colors on the internet.

Of course there is a difference between liberals and conservatives. There is, however, for those of us keeping score, little difference between Democraps and Repukes.

If you think the modern Democrapic party is "Liberal" then you are beyond psychiatric repair. Don't answer, I don't want to think any less of you.

There are right wing politicians and crazy whacko right wing politicians.

What's missing? Liberals.

Unlike you, I actually want to see some genuine liberals run for office, unlike the crop of nutjobs we have now.

Do you like extrajudicial retention? Do you like bombing random countries? Do you like illegal wiretapping? Corporate welfare? Neither do I.

Voting third party will do nothing to stop it. But getting a real liberal in the Democratic nomination will. We had a chance to get the bomb throwing neoconservative freak out of the white house, this spring during the primary. Instead, too many idiots decided they didn't really care about bombing random countries. It's not their children getting killed by US bombs, what do they care.

No drone assassinations! Support Dem amendment to repeal NDAA! Medicare for all!

[-] 0 points by BushbamneyLies (0) 11 years ago

There is no "Dem amendment to repeal NDAA". NDAA is an annual event, not a single piece of legislation, ass clown, and there are no "Dem amendments" to repeal NDAA 2012 or any of the others.

[-] 1 points by VQkag2 (16478) 11 years ago

"ass clown"? insults = weak arguments.

Sure there was a Dem amendment to repeal NDAA. Last month. You just don't want people to believe that the parties are different.

LOL. I don't subscribe to your partisan definition/labeling of me. Sounds like you just got me wrong! And as a result your partisan attacks/labels are dishonest.

The vote on the entire military budget I believe was 83 to 16 (8 dems and 8 repubs) A month ago House dems proposed an amendment to repeal NDAA it was defeated by repubs in a party line vote.

Support dem amendment to repeal NDAA!

[-] -1 points by JusticeF0rTrayvon (-58) 11 years ago

Sorry buddy, if you actually cared about ending the drone assassinations, you would have helped me fight the whore in the white house and challenge him during the democratic primary.

The election is over.

Do you want drone kills, illegal bombing and corporate welfare, or will you vote for drone kills, illegal bombing, and corporate welfare?

It's not like Buddy Roemer deserved the Democratic nomination or anything.

[-] 1 points by VQkag2 (16478) 11 years ago

"whore"? I'm not interested in your offensiveness. Get a grip. You are clearly unstable. Good luck in your efforts ending drone bombings. You are surprised that a sitting president was renominated? Wow. And now that he has what should we do. You wanna vote for 3rd party? ok which one will you vote for. Green? I have voted green. Nader! Is green candidate on the ballot in your state? What state are you in?

[-] -1 points by JusticeF0rTrayvon (-58) 11 years ago

I won't waste my time voting now.

Get over it, the election is already lost.

Did you use angry words at Bush?

Why should I not use them on his neoconservative successor?

[-] 2 points by VQkag2 (16478) 11 years ago

Pres Obama is not neo conservative. He is moderate. The failures of the dems is that they caved in to vote for right wing policies. This occurs because the left/progressive constituents have become demoralized and apathetic over the last 30 years. It is our fault. To undo the right wing policies at the center of our problems will require much time, patience and constant protest/pressure by progressive demonstrations. Maybe OWS can do that if they recognize that right wing policies are the cause of our problems. We also have acknowledgethat the powers that be will not let go easily. We have to accept all progress we get and build on it.

[-] 1 points by WageSlave (117) 11 years ago

VQ, that's a nice hypothesis, but it's not accurate. The end of progressive power started to wane in the late 70's after the business roundtable was formed to combat all of the environmental, consumer and labor organizations that were enforcing safety and fairness regulations on large corporations. That lowered their profit ceiling. By the time Reagan was elected, a number of top democrats lost their seats and they quickly found that the Republicans could not be beat unless they pandered to the special interests for campaign dollars, too. It has been a snowball effect ever since. Seeing this phenomena evolve over decades is one of the driving factors that led Ralph Nader to run his infamous candidacy, which finally gave liberals leverage before AND after the election. Unfortunately, liberals missed the boat on both counts. They piled on the Gore bandwagon before the election (despite his abysmal corporate and environmental record) and bought the Democrat finger pointing propaganda AFTER the election when liberals had their foot in the door to potentially force the Dems to change their ways or press for instant runoff voting. But no, the Dem voters were content to finger point, which let the corporate Democrats off the hook and has led to our situation today.

[-] 1 points by VQkag2 (16478) 11 years ago

Perhaps. You offer no solution. Do you believe there is no solution?

[-] -1 points by BushbamneyLies (0) 11 years ago

Barack Obama is a corporate puppet aspiring to be a fascist dictator, just like Bush was, and just like Romney is.

[-] 0 points by VQkag2 (16478) 11 years ago

tell us what you really think.

[-] -2 points by JusticeF0rTrayvon (-58) 11 years ago

Oh, yeah... "votes"....

Like the expansion of the wiretapping program signed single-handedly by executive order...

Like the drone kills he could have stopped with executive order... instead of expanding them.

Yeah, the Republicans really made him do those.

I guess they kinda did, since he's a Republican. Some people are too naive to see it. It's just a role playing game. He whines and kicks but really enjoys it.

[-] 1 points by VQkag2 (16478) 11 years ago

Republicans controlling the house can have hearings against the drone bombings. They don't! Why don't you ever complain about that?

Last month House Dems tried to repeal NDAA with amendment, Repubs defeated with party line vote. Why don't you ever complain about that?

Is there some reason you fail to specify that these constitutional violations were created by repubs who created an atmosphere of fear when they took advantage of 9/11 to pass their anti people agenda.

Why do you give the repubs a break on that?. Why don't you recognize the slow progress this great Pres has made.?

Pres Obama ended the repub "water boarding is not turture" nonsense.

Pres Obama ended American use of torture!

He has attempted to close Gitmo. Repubs have prevented and won't fund it.

He ended your boy Bush's illegal Iraqi oil war!

He has begun the ending of Afghan war.

He hasn't started Iranian (or any other) war Even though your war mongering repubs keep pressuring him.

He removed the use of indef detention through exec signing thing.

He put up weak fight against NDAA court case, and hasn't challenged the striking down of it.

He has stopped the fear mongering use of "war on terror" rhetoric and ridiculous color coded threat level.

Changing the atmosphere by downplaying the war on terror is most important since that has to go 1st before the rest can go. And undoing that endless war on terror footing will take the longest. He has made progress.

He can go faster and have more success if people protest/pressure in large numbers against all these right wing policies. Show support for those pols who show a backbone and stand up to the right. We are the change we've been waiting for. OWS and the people are the answer. The people apathy has been a big part of the problem.. I think you don;t acknowledge these realities because you are a partisan republican plant. It's ok. You're allowed. In any event we disagree.

Oh, good thing O-bomb-ya hasn't started any wars. I could have sworn we were bombing Libya for awhile there, but I must have been dreaming.

It's not a war? Oh, how convenient. Is that because you don't want it to be? What if Russia started bombing us like that? I guess it wouldn't be a war. After all, it's not your children dying from US bombs, what do you care.

Amid your torrent of name-calling, in a failing attempt to convince yourself that I am some sort of Republican, (You know, one of the Republicans who wants to end wiretapping and drone killing...lol) here is your freudian slip:

"Show support for those pols who show a backbone and stand up to the right."

You know, deep down inside, that I am not a Republican. You just won't admit it to yourself.

See what happened there? You claim you disagree, but you're trying to convince yourself you are right. I just got you to type a dozen paragraphs explaining your bankrupt faith in the two party system, and you still have failed to do so. You are starting to believe me.

Do you believe the murder of Trayvon was justice?

[-] 2 points by DKAtoday (33802) from Coon Rapids, MN 11 years ago

I object to the assholes use of Trayvon's name as it is an insult to Trayvon and his family - especially as to the content of his comments on this forum.

[-] 1 points by VQkag2 (16478) 11 years ago

Seems like it huh? This guy is clearly hostile and out of control. Somehow I can't see him supporting Trayvon. I don't know. I had to ask.

[-] 2 points by DKAtoday (33802) from Coon Rapids, MN 11 years ago

Nope - he is not supporting Trayvon - he is dragging his name through the mud. If I could I would ban him outright for the use of his name in false support.

[-] 1 points by VQkag2 (16478) 11 years ago

It's offensive, and seems racist. He doesn't fool me.

[-] 2 points by DKAtoday (33802) from Coon Rapids, MN 11 years ago

That is why I have refused to reply to him anymore as he has nothing to say - and that point is clearly announced with his misuse of Trayvon's name as a prop for his BS.

Good choice. I'm right behind ya'.

Down with false flag shills!

What did I say in false support of Trayvon?

And where did you learn the telepathy skills to determine whether I "truly" support Trayvon?

And, more importantly, are you merely saying that you don't like the content of my posts and would use this as a handy excuse to ban me if you had the power to do so?

So many questions.

Okay, I didn't think you had a reason or anything. You can't provide an instance in which I am using Trayvon's name unfairly, it is merely something you have convinced yourself to believe because you want to. Such faith in the unseen....

[-] -2 points by JusticeF0rTrayvon (-58) 11 years ago

Of course not, why on earth would you accuse me of thinking that?

[-] 0 points by VQkag2 (16478) 11 years ago

Your login name!

[-] -2 points by JusticeF0rTrayvon (-58) 11 years ago

How does wanting justice for someone who was murdered equate to saying THEY got what they deserved? that doesn't make any sense at all.

[-] 1 points by VQkag2 (16478) 11 years ago

Is that what it means? That isn't clear. Easily interpreted as Trayvon got what he deserved. How about: convictzimmerman. or endstandyrground. or trayvonwasinnocent. or trayvonwasmurdered.

You don't understand?

Wow. This is more pitiful than I thought.

I'll separate it into three words so you can understand it better.

Justice...For...Trayvon
