Here it comes folks, as States struggle to survive massive cuts will continue. Looks like OWS will have 100 new recruits soon
Every drug offense that is none violent and doesnt involve kids should be overruled.
The insane war on drugs is a failure, like every other "war" that isnt really war.
I bet they were all in there for petty shit that most people get away with on a daily basis.
Recruits... hahaha. You make OWS sound like a military training camp. Military loves "straitening out" ex-convicts.
