Thanks to the Bush administration, our gas prices have gone up. John Bolton, Bush's appointation to the UN said in 2007, just before leaving office: "Somehow we have to figure out how to boost the price of gasoline to the levels in Europe"

The old blame it bush mantra. John Holdren is an ideological environmentalist and obama appointee. The Bush ambassador to the UN was John Bolton.
