"Twitter has lodged an appeal against a New York judge’s decision that it must hand over detailed information related to an Occupy Wall Street protester charged with disorderly conduct.

In July, Twitter was ordered to hand over almost three months’ worth of messages and other details related to the account of activist Malcolm Harris. Harris was among the hundreds of protesters accused of disorderly conduct during a protest on Brooklyn bridge last October."

and the conspiracy theorists would have you believe that they could just take them.

Let's hope and pray for a Twitter win, on it's day in court.

Occupy is in the NYC courts over damage done during the eviction too.

There's nothing special about that. Everyone here should know that in US a judge can process a warrant to search someone's Facebook, Twitter, or other accounts. Being an anarchist is a risky thing. Real occupiers are not taking a walk in the park like the dem shills on this site.
