Occupy Wall Street demonstrators are evicted from New York park for city "clean up." Is this a violation of right to free speech?

They just took the barriers down but they are enforcing the rules about tents and sleeping bags. I didn't hear anything about moving people out for another cleaning, but how long would that take, a few hours? You can have all the speech and assembly you want, you just aren't going to be allowed to occupy it 24/7.

No this has nothing to do with freedom of speech. They are disallowing them to speech or voice their opinions. They just need to clean up the park. Plus your not allowed to stay in a park during certain hours.
