The current child support system is corrupt and is killing, imprisoning, and breaking the bank on many good fathers and not so good fathers. There needs to be child support reform to keep honest hard working fathers from losing their homes and control of their life.
reform child support to stop parents like this from taking advantage of a corrupt system

I pay $755 a month. i gross under $3000 and i work ten hours a week overtime. $630 of it goes to one child. The judge admits the law can't consider overtime in the formula. but he says he is going to allow it anyway because i have been working that way for so long. I told him i work overtime because I couldn't afford my bills without it. m $125 month goes to the mother of my 30 year old son for two payments plus interest i missed in 1982 because of a work injury. The interest in more then the payments. They said nothing about owing them anything on my son until 2006.
you should have done like I did, i divorced my wife then remarried her, and then got divorced in mexico the 2nd time, she tried to collect on the first child support payment judgement, because that is all she had to collect on, but under the law, when I remarried her that first child support order became "null and void". There was no 2nd order as it was in writing that all was equitable, and after acting upon the mexican divorce after a 6 month period the law says that international divorces become offical. Especially since we remarried, otherwise the divorce wouldnt' be in effect. it couldnt have worked out better for me, except maybe if she would have let me see my kids even once in the past 18 years, I would have voluntarily sent her some money. Some people dont need to be told what to do to know what is right. Her mistaken assumption.

Each state is different, however, spousal support is quite limited. You can always petition the court if you cannot pay. So, if you are really, really, really against child support--don't have sex. There is a simple little surgery that can take care of that if wrapping it up is a problem.
i will say that women do have the same struggle but there are more men that are paying then women so i should say some mothers as well
no i dont have any personal experience with this problem but i do see the effects of it.. fathers killing themselves because they cant pay fathers going to jail because they cant pay then going to jail again because they couldnt pay WHILE they were in jail?

im calling for reform for all mothers and fathers being tortured threatened and forced into labor (slavery)
