This article exposes the line of argument we have been seeing on this forum a lot recently. That is, the attempt to convince us there is no difference between Democrats and Republicans when it comes to promoting the financial giants on Wall St. The technique is to lie, and then stay "on message," until the lie becomes established in people's minds. Later, you can call the lie "historical fact."

Yeah you got to love these guys, “We’re not telling who to vote for, we’re just saying their both the same” If they are such idiots they can’t tell the difference why should listen to anything they say? If they think you’re that big of an idiot why should you listen to them?
What they fear is truth, they know that if you learn the truth you will make a difference, that’s what scares them.
A Democratic sweep in the next election would change the political landscape to the degree that Occupy would be in a position to force through the changes it wants to make in this country. On the other hand, if the Republicans win, they will be in a position to either crush or stonewall this movement for years to come.
This is the situation, and if it wasn't, they wouldn't be spending so much money, time and effort trying to convince us it isn't the situation.
Hey Gypsy good morning. You are absolutely right the TEA mattered because it made a difference they send their trolls here to attempt to keep us from making a difference.
Have you run into these trolls, Perspective and richardkentgates, they work together and use words straight from the right wing think tanks, you get to where you can hear a tone that always seems to be there it’s like a fingerprint. Anyway they got high numbers and a good story I’m sure they earn their money misleading people.

One thing that helps a lot with these trolls is that they all get on the message their masters tell them to at the same time, so you can usually identify them pretty fast. Right now the message is "Obama is just as corrupt as the Republicans, so you might as well give up on voting."
They move from one lie to another like rats in an abattoir.
Where I worked in the 80's they would come every Monday with the talking points from the NRA or GOP it was so funny as soon as you ask them a couple of questions you would find out they didn't understand what they were saying LOL.
Man, that's interesting to hear from one who's actually seen it go on.
I have been knocking this crap down for thrity years, that's why I get upset that the libs do such a poor job of pushback. I know it is not modest to say so, but let me put it this way, when I was ten the teacher took me out of class, from the 4th to the 5th and said, "Can you teach him math, I can't" that was the beginning....
I and Al Gore had a parellel incident when we were in grade school. Both he and I looked at a globe, looked a the profile of Africa and South America, and said "those continents must have been joined at one time." I don't know what happened to Al Gore, but I got slapped upside the head by my fundamentalist Christian teacher. That was the begining . . .
