Healthcare in Hawaii is blatantly two-tier; its a model of what is to come for the rest of the United States. The rich are taken care of and the poor are literally turned away. Babies and old men are already dying here.

Two-tier? That implies a combination of government run health care for all and privitized health care. That is just in the experimental stage in some countries. Maybe Austria? Hawaii's HC system seems to be unique and I'm not sure how the new plan will effect Hawaii. Hawaii does not have universal, single payer, or nationalized HC as many claim.
They do grow some awesome medicinal herb.
Lol. i don't want to talk about it!! I live in the most anti-pot state in the union- Wisconsin. You've probably heard of us. You get in bigger trouble for having a joint than you do for drunk driving in WI. I don't drink and I can't risk smoking weed so that's that. Wisconsin sucks on so many levels.

I worked with a guy at CDC who went to high-school with him. Guess he did a lot of growing-up after escaping from High-school. But then again - who didn't?

You have absolutely no idea of what you are talking about the last time I was out in the direction/area of the St. Croix ( river on the border ) was years ago. OH - and BTW - the Wisconsin tourism board advertizes in Minnesota. Huh. Imagine that.
Also yes I do get out though I do not often due to lack of money as well as my health - but I regularly stop in on My mom and step dad to help out. Oh and yes I pay for the physical exertion but I am available and they are my family.
So, you never leave your house?
