Listen, don't take the bait with these supposedly anti-Obama people like Newt2012.

Think about it. The thing that most terrifies our rulers is that we'll figure out that the whole RightWing/LeftWing game of "Divide and Conquer" is just a game through which they've manipulated us for years.

Nothing can drum up more support for Obama than someone like Newt2012 coming here and pretending to be a hate-filled, vile-spewing right-wing freeptard.

Don't take the bait. These people are WAY ahead of almost all of us as far as using psychology to manipulate us.

Manifestations of "Obama Hatred" are designed to make you want to defend Obama and support him. Because you don't want "those other hateful people" to win. Right?

Just ignore it. The right-wing and the pundits and the whole of Fox News are right now doing their part to get Obama re-elected.

You're supposed to hate Romney. You're supposed to hate Gingrich. They're actors.

Step back, let go, and look at the big picture.

It's not right versus left. It's their class against our class.

Right now, the "good cop" Obama is ready to use military force against Union longshoremen in our Pacific Northwest. Is that a guy who's on our side? No.

“The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organized habits and opinions of the masses is an important element in democratic society. Those who manipulate this unseen mechanism of society constitute an invisible government which is the true ruling power of our country. …We are governed, our minds are molded, our tastes formed, our ideas suggested, largely by men we have never heard of. This is a logical result of the way in which our democratic society is organized. Vast numbers of human beings must cooperate in this manner if they are to live together as a smoothly functioning society. In almost every act of our daily lives, whether in the sphere of politics or business, in our social conduct or our ethical thinking, we are dominated by the relatively small number of persons…who understand the mental processes and social patterns of the masses. It is they who pull the wires which control the public mind.” – Edward Bernays, Propaganda, 1928
