Within the last 45 minutes, there have been at least 8 'mark downs' that I know of. Good comments too. However, my responses to several of those comments were not marked down. It's the timing that makes the latest tactic obvious. It's another one of my internet stalkers. Possibly OccupiedFrog who has been after me since late May when I started ripping on Jason Buzi. He followed me here from San Francisco Craigslist. If not him, then it may be one of my critics from Youtube. They have been onsite within the last hour trying to make it appear as if I'm the one marking those comments down.
This is not the first time I've had a stalker here. I had two or more of them in 2011. I'm sure some of you have had them as well. It's not that we aren't subject to criticism. We are just like anyone else. But some of the tactics that internet stalkers will resort to are downright calculated and cowardly.
Just for the record, I almost never mark comments down unless they are die-hard conservative, juvenile, or filled with lies.
I do suspect that two or three new users are here for the purpose of trying to discredit us. I also suspect that I lured them here. I've been plugging this site a lot lately. Just beware of the tactics that some will resort to.
Yo Cappy, I think we all know here there be trolls, lurkers, and sullen pouters marking everyone down. It happens. Please stop spleening over it. On the other hand, what do you think should be done about it? If there's no one in your face, and no practical solution, just chill and do your thing.
My internet stalkers don't want to be called out. They hope to discredit me without making their tactics obvious. For that reason, I intend to call them out as often as necessary. I'm sorry if that annoys the legitimate users but that's the way it is.

Hello, again. Actually I have worse stalkers than you. Trust me I know without knowing. Marking comments is nothing. The bad thing is, that type like to join the club and hassle who they can without rationale, or with a fabrication. Small minds breed weird things. Take care.
These entries calling for extreme violence and murder have been posted over a dozen times on Craigslist in four or five states. All within the last few months. They have never been posted in any forum except for those in which I posted first. Each and every entry calling for extreme violence and murder was posted shortly after my own legitimate entry. Never before. Not even once. Always shortly after. When I noticed the pattern, I did the research on a strong hunch. When that hunch was confirmed, I called this particular stalker out in writing and suggested the possibility that I was being set up to appear as if I were the author of those entries calling for extreme violence and murder. Immediately after, my stalker from SF Craigslist who followed me here (OccupiedFrog) posted an entry in SF accusing me of being the one who posted the previous entries in four or five states calling for extreme violence and murder. He made a similar allegation here.
I am not imagining any of this.

One of the two entries calling for extreme violence and murder was renewed just today shortly after I re-posted an entry that I first posted 15 days ago.

It's no coincidence. No way in hell. It's a stalker following me from one site to another and typing in a style similar to one of my own in order to convince others that I am the one suggesting extreme violence and murder. It's certainly an attempt to discredit me. It may be something more sinister. I will not rule out any possibility.
I am hated by many.
By the way, I don't claim to be the only activist being stalked. But I do know that a lot of people out there would like for my mouth to be shut and my fingers to be broken. My life has been threatened several times.

You know, dude/ dudette, we should talk sometime. I doubt you're imagining, just worried about the effects on you. You can only prevent so much that other people do. I'm going through some weird stuff myself, when I get on the matter I get the short shrift and people cover their butts. Cowards. Email if you wish, I'm going through similar things.

Either this stalker has been doing his homework on me for some time now or it's an employee of Craigslist. I will not rule out either possibility. If it's the later, there may be one hell of a sinister motive involved. I am very close to calling the authorities.

They are still at it. Virtually all new comments except for mine are being marked down. I'm sorry for the actions of my stalker but I will be keeping track as well as I can. I will try to compensate.
Now, suddenly, all of mine are being marked down as well. They must have finally noticed that I called them out two hours ago. Now, they are trying to cover their tracks. I'm not going to mention anything else about it for a while. We have other things to discuss. Just beware. My stalker is onsite and playing his games.

Just for the record, neither one of my two IDs from 2011 (mcc and ModestCapitalist) are still in use. I haven't used them in well over two years. The passwords are long gone. Some of you may know that I have used another ID here recently. I created it specifically to comment on one issue in particular. I made no attempt to alter my style so it should be pretty obvious but I haven't signed on lately using that ID either. Now, I'm going to undo some more of the damage that my stalker, online as we type, has done within the last hour or so.
Update: At least 12 recent comments were marked down within the last 90 minutes but NONE of mine within the last 90 minutes. Someone is trying to make it seem as if I'm the one marking your comments down. I'm not. I just marked 12 (I think) of them back up.
