Trolls dont like me because I agree with OWS about how evil the Banking Cartels are. OWS dont like me because I am a Conservative. WOW some all inclusive movement you got hear.
Nobody likes me, everybody hates me, I'm gonna eat some worms.

when no one likes you that usually means you are a free spirit. We don't like what we don't know.
Rubbish. OWS supports Conservative people. We are against criminal banksters as conservatives are. I have never heard anyone here say they are against conservatives.
Most threads on this forum contain someone deriding the "repelicans" or the "repugnants" or the "republicants". In fact, there are entire threads dedicated to the evils of conservatism.
@sometimesyoudont. You are quite correct. There are some people saying these sorts of things. There seems to be limited moderation, and people will say what they want to say. However, that is not what the Movement is about. It is non political and without leaders. There are threads related to the evils of conservatives, and others with all sorts of varying political views. When I said that I had never heard anyone say anything about conservatives, I was talking about activists and protestors in the Movement. Of course, that does not mean all people posting on this forum, which is what you mentioned. I can understand your frustration. All this silly party politics has to end. I do not see people as Republicans or Democrats, rather as good people and bad people. There is good and bad people in both parties. I support the good ones whereever they are.
I think that many people are not used to this OWS way of approching things as leaderless and non political. We are a protest movement. We only protest against bad people, and the banksters are very bad people. Good Republican people and good Democrat people are against these evil men and women.
I agree, w9illiam...this "movement" is by no means inclusive.
There are no real conservatives in the US anymore. There are people who pretend to be conservative. Conservatives support OWS.
WallSt is the enemy, not partisan politics.
The GOP used to include fiscal conservatives. I see some GOP fiscal conservatives on these boards but all I see in congress are folks who seem to promote this wild wild west banking system. I've heard they don't want to do mare bank bailouts ---------but no one has put the brakes on any bank bailout.
First you need strong antitrust enforcement against banks, strong merger control. Sizing them down leads to a situation where they aren't 'too big to fail' anymore.
I'm for bringing back Glass?Steagall. That would breakup and downsize the banks quickly. Then we could regulate retail banks and stop them from lending to wall street gamblers.
There are multiple ways to create institutional firewalls.
Think of bulkheads of a ship, watertight compartments that can contain water in the case of a hull breach or other leak. Same for banking.
Let's not fixate on labels. There are too many serious problems that need attention.
