UPDATE: Distract from the U.N. chemical weapons report AND renews the gun-grabbing “discussion” in the U.S.

——- The UN Report on the Alleged Use of Chemical Weapons in the Ghouta Area of Damascus, September 2013, is out. It came out at around the exact same time the shooting in the Navy Yard took place, oddly enough.

I think it proves the Assad regime did not use chemical weapons on the civilian population or at least it proves whoever did, used “modified” or home made rockets in the attack which would lead one to suspect the CIA backed terrorists running the destabilization campaign in Syria since we have actually seen videos of the “rebels” modifying rockets or making them from scratch in workshops in Jordan, Turkey or Syria. Here is a video of Syrian terrorists launching homemade rockets from some kind of launcher system.

It's interesting that the UN inspectors' mission was to only verify chem weapons had been used.....not to try and figure out WHO deployed them. The report does indicate the delivery vehicles were along the lines of "home made".
TPTB want control of Syrian, pure and simple. Also washed out by the Navy Yard Shooting was the shooting down of a Syrian military helo by Turkey. The Syrian helo was merely doing recon on weapons being moved from Turkey to Syria by the rebels (foreign invaders)

Oh yeah. Can you provide a link or something that PROVES Assad used chem weapons? I keep hearing he did from the Western press, but have yet to see any definitive proof. That SADAM did is undisputed, btw. Hell, we even gave him the targeting info during the Iraq-Iran war knowing full well he was gonna gas them.

Would you support a draft if US went to Syria? I agree chemical weapons are a crime against humanity and I think every American man and woman fit to fight should fight for what's right for humanity.
Reinstituting the draft might make the pols a bit more careful about deploying our troops, as there would be more backlash. As it is today, our wars are being fought by people moved by patriotism or poverty and most Americans don't even know a serviceman, let alone are related to one.
That said, I am anxiously awaiting the Dog's reply since he wants war and you posed this question to him
These shootings are timed out. What a coincidence, right? In a similar manner, there is no valid proof that sourced the attackers in Syria. For all we know Assad is a puppet, manipulated by his father's established cabinet, or trying to maintain a semblance of control in an 'I meant to do that' way. Are strings pulled there via the US? We have operatives passing themselves off as native, so they can easily encourage insurrection or do it themselves.

It appears the Russians enlisted themselves. Obama and company looked like warmongers by contrast. Of course I'm embarrassed I voted for him myself, now. As far as Libya, we were there in different capacities. Or didn't you know that? The US is present in a number of places and ways other than diplomatic representation and these methods are not for public knowledge per the government. I'll ask for your perspective on Syria. Who do you think is responsible and are you supporting the blind attacks? After all, a portion of the civilian populace will be decimated also.
