President Barack Obama, Although I voted for you last term, I have been leaning toward a third party vote for this election. I was however, inspired by the speakers at the DNC. I will consider voting for you if you can answer to my satisfaction one question. How do you feel about Local and Federal governments, under the collar of corporational monarchies, striping the Constitution?(Citizens United, NDAA 1031, etc.)

Considering that he himself signed the NDAA he can't feel all too badly about it.
Go with your instinct and vote for the 3rd party.
When Chris Hedges sued Obama in federal court to stop enforcement of the NDAA, Obama defended the lawsuit. Hedges won in district court and Obama is appealing the decision. I don't know what other conclusion you could draw except that he supports Section 1021. He's sure is fighting for it.
